WHAT IS HATCH? HATCH is a community, movement, and a series of experiences designed to activate creativity to Hatch a better world. Founded 10 years ago, Hatch was designed to stimulate new thinking, lifelong collaborations, and support innovative thinking with 360 mentorship. Hatch has grown into a global network of innovators, and is expanding into a year round collection of experiences that will take a variety of shapes and forms.

Jake Schroeder is a senior in the Business program, specializing in Business Management and Marketing, with a minor in International Business.

As a student, my passion is challenging myself to do the best I can, and learn as much as possible along the way.

Mustafa is a senior electrical engineering student who likes to work on innovative projects.

Kaysha returned to Montana State University to obtain her Masters in Industrial engineering, she is focusing her Master’s on Human Factors and Ergonomics.

Lucia Ricciardelli is an Assistant Professor in the School of Film and Photography at Montana State University in Bozeman.

I’m a junior studying Graphic Design and my personal focus is in Web Design and UI development.

Paul is a science teacher at Bozeman High. Paul has created hundreds of YouTube science tutorials that have been viewed millions of times by students around the world.

Studying Chemical and Biological Engineering.

I am interested in the outdoors; camping, biking, rock climbing and much more!

I am a very active, energetic, and determined individual.

I enjoy being involved as well as organizing and implementing events and projects.

I am studying Graphic Design. I have a degree in Equine Riding and Training and have a passion for equine assisted therapy, especially focusing on helping veterans.

I am 22 years old and grew up in Cut Bank, Montana (Which recently was made into a movie, where they did not film here, and I hear it’s pretty awful).

I’m a graphic design student with passions for skiing, music and photography.

Mechanical Engineering Student. I was encouraged by parents and others to choose Mechanical Engineering, gradually turning my focus to medical technologies.

Driven by creativity and a background in mechanical engineering, David pursued the world of consumer product design and prototyping.

Les spent the past 13 years solving our nation’s most challenging big data problems. He is now the Director of the Blackstone LaunchPad at Montana State University.
