A community gives artists studio space where they can develop their work, and in exchange, the artists contribute creative and technical skills to community-identified revitalization efforts.

One of Philadelphiaâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s most significant public events of 2015. Mural Arts will work with 13 extraordinary artists from around the world to create a new series of public artworks that engage with the cityâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s identity, spaces, and its most pressing concerns and priorities.

A new series of community-based works with curator Lucía Sanromán and the cooperative Cohabitation Strategies (CohStra), to identify sites in Philadelphia for “cultural interventions” that spark future community collaborations with Mural Arts.

•  $3.4 MILLION paid directly to artists •  220 PAID JOBS for Restorative Justice program participants •  150 PUBLIC ARTWORKS created across the city •  18,000 TOUR CUSTOMERS HOSTED—68% of whom were from outside Philadelphia •  LEVERAGED LOCAL INVESTMENTS WITH $1.2 MILLION from national funders
