Bechara, President QB Group Mr. Bechara is the President and owner of QB Group. Practically born in the construction field, he inherited from his father Francisco Bechara Sr. a true passion for designing, building, contracting, and providing top of the line managing services. Although involved in the business while growing up, Mr. Bechara became a formal team member in 2003 as owner for the late QB Construction. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE As an employee for QB Construction and later owner of QB Construction Inc., Mr. Bechara participated on, managed and/or administered well over $200 million worth of construction on Fast Track/Design Build, Construction Management and/or General Contractor projects.

One of our business spearhead is General Contracting. Therefore, great value is placed in planning and phasing of each project, and in the development of a construction team that will work towards a common goal with the owner, architect, engineers, and trade subcontractors. A highly qualified staff of engineers and project superintendents with over $500 million in completed projects among them are available for construction activities. With our resources, we normally perform all general contracting efforts, reinforced concrete work, masonry, plaster and carpentry, and may select highly appropriate subcontractors for other specialty work as electromechanical works, among others.
