Safely Dispose of Medications at Drug Take Back Event April 27th

The Grain Valley Police Department (GVPD) will host its annual Drug Take Back Event on Saturday, April 27th from 10:00am—2:00pm in the GVPD parking lot, 711 Main Street.

The event is part of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) National Take Back Day. The last Take- Back Day brought in more than 900,000 pounds of unused or expired medication nation wide.

Residents are encouraged to bring unused or expired prescription and over the counter medications to the event on April 27th. No questions will be asked. No syringes will be accepted.
