Please remember that we have started our weekly property inspections. These inspections are of the exterior of the apartments and we will not be entering any apartments for these inspections. Some of the lease violations we are still seeing are:  Cigarette butts not disposed of and left in stairwells and on patios and balconies.  Dog waste not being picked up immediately. Please note that dogs are required to be on a leash when out on the property and never unattended.  Broken blinds and/or inappropriate window coverings (sheets and blankets being hung in windows).

WARNING – DANGER! The Carbon Monoxide detectors and smoke alarms are life saving devices. If they are chirping or issuing a warning, please immediately contact the leasing office, maintenance, or the after-hours emergency line. If it needs a new battery, we will replace it. If it is giving you a warning signal we will immediately check to see why. It is essential these devices are NEVER disabled in any way nor have the battery removed – for your safety and the safety of those in your apartment.
