Parking Reminder! Please be certain, when parking in the unassigned, uncovered spots, your vehicle is between the parking space lines. We do not have a lot of extra parking, and it makes it even tighter when a vehicle is parked taking up two spots. Even parking on the line can make it tough for others to get in and out of their vehicle. In consideration of other residents, please consider parking your vehicle along the street if it’s oversized and can’t fit between the lines. Also, please be mindful that the visitor’s parking spots are for short term visitor parking only. They are not for resident use. If you require a second assigned, covered parking spot, please see the leasing office about renting an additional space.

Gramercy Villas February Newsletter Helping Keep our Community a Great, Safe Place to Live Living in an apartment community affords residents the opportunity to live in an area where there are many eyes watching the property, making it less attractive to burglars and vandals. While our property hasn’t had an issue with criminal activity, it’s important to keep it that way by being aware of and reporting suspicious activity. Some activity that would be suspicious may include:  “Door to Door” sales (A legitimate door to door salesperson in Meridian, Idaho must wear their Meridian City sales license with their photo clearly visible) especially in the evening hours. Gramercy Villas doesn’t permit door to door sales on the property.  Cars driving slowly around the property at night without headlights.  Vehicles you don’t recognize continually driving “aimlessly” around the property over multiple days.  Person you don’t recognize carrying objects from the property.  Person peering into vehicles or apartments that do not belong to them.  A parked vehicle with one or more occupants that you do not recognize sitting in a spot for a long period of time (they may be a lookout or casing the area).  Person removing license plates or other objects from vehicles that don’t belong to them. We encourage residents to be aware. We all can help to keep Gramercy Villas a safe place to live. If you see any suspicious activity, be sure to get a good description of the person/people and their vehicle and license plate, if possible. If you are aware of a crime taking place, call 911 immediately.
