If not, the bags land on top of the dumpster and other residents are forced to pick them up and put them in for you. Unfortunately, at times they land on the ground around the dumpster as well. Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin For the best flavor, be sure to marinate this meat at least 6 hours before grilling. Ingredients: ¼ cup honey ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup oyster sauce 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 4 tsp. minced fresh ginger 1 tbsp. ketchup 1 tbsp. minced garlic ¼ tsp. onion powder ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon 2 (12 ounce) pork tenderloins Directions: Whisk honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, ginger, ketchup, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon in a bowl. Pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add pork and coat it with the marinade, being sure to squeeze excess air out of the bag prior to sealing. Marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Preheat the grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove the pork from the marinade and shake off the excess. Discard the remaining marinade. Cook the pork tenderloins on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 20 – 30 minutes, turning occasionally. A thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F. Slice the tenderloin and serve. www.allrecipes.com
