It’s nocook stretchy dough. 1 cup hair conditioner (like Suave or White Rain – the inexpensive kind works great!) 2 cups cornstarch Food coloring (optional) Glitter (optional) Measure and mix the cornstarch and conditioner in a bowl. Continue to mix until fully combined. Add food coloring and glitter, if you want colored or sparkly dough. Knead for 1-2 min. Your dough is ready to play with. When you’re done, be sure to put it in a plastic baggie or container so that it will last longer.

Faith Landing’s August Newsletter Manager’s Corner You may have noticed that there are new faces in the leasing office here at Faith Landing. There has been a change in management for our apartment community – a change which we anticipate will make your experience of living at Faith Landing even better. We are working to ensure a great living environment for all our residents. This being said, we are working to make certain that the lease terms and community rules are being followed by all residents on our property. Some of the changes that you can expect to see:  Residents who are not following the terms of their lease nor community rules will be issued lease violations. Three lease violations will result in a 30 Day Notice to Vacate.  All money paid will first be applied to outstanding balances (i.e.. late fees, maintenance fees, etc.). If you have a balance owing at the beginning of the month and you bring money to the leasing office, it will be applied to that balance first. Any further amount owing will be subject to late fees that will be posted on th th the mornings of the 6 and 11 of each month.  We will not renew any lease which has a balance owing. A few of the terms and rules we see not being followed at this time, which will result in lease violations are, but not limited to:         

Pet waste must be immediately picked up. Pets must be on a leash on the property. No one under 12 may be in the pool without adult supervision. No alcohol is allowed in the pool area. Toddlers and infants MUST be wearing a swim diaper when in the pool. No trash or storage on patios or balconies. Blankets and sheets may not be used to cover windows. No one under 18 is allowed in the fitness room at any time, nor is anyone who has not signed a Fitness Room Liability Waiver allowed in the fitness room. No resident is permitted to give the code for entry to the fitness room to any other resident, nor are they permitted to allow other residents access.

Please discuss the community rules with all residents of your household so that everyone understands the rules and expectations, regardless of age. If you see someone violating the property rules, be sure to let the leasing office know. Together we can make sure that Faith Landing remains the best apartment community in Caldwell.
