V-605 and V-1031 are active in their FFFGs programs and V-266 active with their donations to programs relating to children. No formal reports received to date. Locales are reminded that they need to send their report to the Grand Directeur NLT the date established by Grand du Texas so reports to Nationale can be submitted on time. e. Nurses Training – Directeur Doug Pendleton – Gave the Nurses Training Committee Report at this time – Only applicant for a scholarship was V-605 and $300 was granted. f. POW/MIA – Directeur Renslar Keagle: V-605 and C-605 brought POW/MIA merchandise. POW/MIA program goes far beyond promenade ritual and pin sales. Discussion on the POW/MIA Missing Man White Table – where you meet, do they have one, is it complete? VAVS – Three submission to Nationale for Keep the Wheelchairs Rolling. k. Youth Sports – Directeur Keith Reiss Jr: V-266 received a grant and applying is easy to do – up to $1,000.

10. Grand Non-Program Reports: a. Boxcar Maintenance – Dave Knutson: Only some minor plaque changes needed. b. Time and Place – Dave Knutson: Grand Promenade 2023 will be held June 23-24, 2023. Hosted by V-266 assisted by V-1031 – full details will be sent out when ready; Spring Cheminot 2024 V-175 Austin. No decision on Grand Promenade for 2024.

12. New Business: a. Initial discussion on Central States which will be in Texas in 2024. Will be discussed in detail at the Grand Promenade for expenditures, budget and establish a committee. b. Discussion on the 75th Boxcar Anniversary – a Nationale celebration. Plans on putting artifacts out and hopefully lots of Camp Mabry support. c. Ads approved for Memorial Day program and program for Promenade Nationale – full page.

16. Good of the Grand Voiture: 100% membership pins awarded to date for locale Chef de Gares and Correspondants. Presentation on Blue Chevalier and encouragement to joining P.A.L.S. Announcements on date, time and location for banquet.
