Daily Clinics take place on the Osprey Practice Facility. The Member Fee is $20 per clinic and rental clubs are provided at no additional charge. *The Saturday Junior Full Swing clinic is complimentary. 1. Play will be every Thursday, beginning at 5pm (Shotgun) 2. Deadline to sign up will be NOON each Thursday. We will need to hold strict with this, as we need to form pairings, print scorecards, get carts and bags ready, etc. Late sign-ups and walk-ups will be added only if space permits. 3. Each week, each player will have a point quota, based on their current index. The higher over the points quota you score, the better your positioning. 4. Entry Fees are as follows (includes cart fee and entry to game): A. Members: $30 B. Guest of Member: $50 5. ALL participants must play from the Green tee boxes at each course. 6. 100% of prize money will be paid out each week. 7. There will be an optional $10 GROSS skins game each week.

The Doubles Strategy Boot Camp competitive drills working on different tactics, patterns of play and communication for match play.

Table Talk with Chef Andrew Coniglio Orange Barbeque Sauce May is National Barbeque Month and with Memorial Day it’s time to cook outside! This recipe is my Florida twist to barbeque sauce. It can be used for basting, marinating or dipping and one of my favorite things to grill is chicken thighs (much more moist and flavorful than chicken breast). If you marinate some chicken thighs in Mojo marinade overnight and grill them with this sauce it is a true Floridian cuisine experience.
Yield: 1 Quart • 13 Cup Ketchup • 1 Cup Whole Grain Mustard • 3 Cup Orange Juice • 1 Medium Size White Onion (Fine Chopped) • 4 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar • 2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes • ½ Cup Cider Vinegar • ½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce • 3 Ounces Hot Sauce
Method 1. In a sauce pan heat the onions, garlic, vinegar and orange juice 2. Reduce for 3 minutes on medium heat 3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour 4. Remove from heat and it can be stored for up to 3 weeks pipeline | 11

USTA’s 10 and under tennis uses the exciting QuickStart play format for learningtennis, designed to bring kids into the game by adapting the equipment, court dimensions and the scoring to the age and size of the children. It allows youngsters to succeed quickly at tennis in a fun team environment. 1 hour on-court and 1 hour Camp Nessie
Ages 6–10 | Monday–Thursday 9am–3pm (includes lunch)
This 10 and under camp focuses on sound techniques and strategies for players who have some knowledge of the scoring system and can sustain a small rally. Players learn Triple Vision (court, ball and opponent awareness), how to be a team player and have fun.
Junior Camp
Ages 10–18: 6-to-1 student-to-teacher ratio
Monday–Thursday 9am–3pm (includes lunch)
Week Rate:
This camp focuses on sound stroke fundamentals and strategic aspects of the game, plus tennis-specific fitness disciplines to develop both the mind and body. Video analysis is included in this package.

This distinctive, black and white bird of prey winters in the lowlands of Brazil and returns to Florida each spring to nest. They can be seen, usually soaring overhead, throughout the state between March and August. Swallow-tailed Kites feed mainly on flying insects, and also small vertebrates including snakes, lizards and frogs. This graceful bird was chosen as the symbol for the Great Florida Birding Trail and it adorns the project’s highway signs around the state. The breeding range for the Swallow-tailed Kite once reached as far north as Minnesota and included 21 states. Today, most of the population is restricted to Florida, with small numbers in six additional southeastern states.
