With the summer months rolling back the dark evenings Christopher Lee Catering are offering customers in the Café Bar more choice from their already well-established menus of snacks and lunches. With opening hours extended during the weekends and the school holidays there is even more time to enjoy your Latte, Cappuccino or freshly made tea and to take advantage of the daily specials which are being expanded to give more choice to regular customers and the increasing numbers of daily visitors. More of the produce is being sourced locally and Chris and his team are always on the lookout for local suppliers of organic vegetables, (let us know!). This summer also sees the start of the Hog Roast season. A great alternative to the burger, Chris will be offering the Hog Roast Bap, complete with crackling, to the customers at the Café Bar.
