Saints Court, an award winning Central Bristol site of 28 residential units; a mix of 3 bedroom family homes and one and two bedroom apartments. The project sits alongside St Nicholas of Tolentino Church which also won an award from Bristol Civic Society and is within easy walking distance to Cabot Circus and all amenities.

Projects P O RT LA N D S Q UA R E ing was recorded third in English Heritage’s register of endangered, historical properties in the South West. Undaunted, the company took on the development and have restored those Georgian buildings to their former glory, contributing to the restoration of this historic square. The combined sites house 21 apartments and 2 duplex family units with a courtyard garden and underground parking facilities.
Portland Square, situated in St Pauls, is adjacent to the city centre and the ÂŁ500m Cabot Circus shopping, restaurant and entertainment complex. Comprising of two neighbouring sites this development was split into Portland Mansions and Norfolk Heights. The project included the demolition and replica new build of the linked Grade I listed structure. As an indication of the challenge the development provided, the build-

Projects ST P ET E R ' S C O U RT St Peter's Court is a £13m mixed use development in Bristol’s Bedminster area. It houses 86 apartments, a health centre, offices, library, art gallery and an old police station converted into a restaurant. The company is particularly proud of what has been achieved with this development. It has resulted in partnering relationships with English Heritage, Affordable Housing and Bristol City Council. The library services allowed us to move their facility into the new build to

provide them with a purpose built space with modern library resources. Benefits to the community have been focussed on – not only by the provision of a modern health centre and library, but also with the cultural slant that a new public art gallery provides. St Peter’s Court was officially opened by HRH the Princess Royal on 26th April 2007. The building won a Civic Award in 2006 for “enhancing the Bristol environment.”

St George's Heights was completed in 2004 and stands on the site of a former church which had become derelict. The development comprises 17 flats and two retail units. The building won a Civic Award in 2006 for “enhancing the Bristol environment.� The retail units have been occupied by St Patricks Church offering a charity shop and bringing the church office onto the high street.

Projects C HA M P I O N C O U RT N E W S T R E E T, B R I S T O L Champion Court comprises the redevelopment of this formerly derelict, Grade II listed residential building. Originally built for a Bristol charity the building had suffered from years of neglect until PG acquired the building in 2012. The property has now been substantially redeveloped to reinstate the original seventeen apartments around a communal landscaped courtyard.

Completed in 2007, Oriel Buildings (the former Twerton Baptist Church) in Bath offers stylish living in a period setting. It consists of the restoration and conversion of the old chapel into six residential units - two maisonettes and four apartments

Avalon Place is situated in Pontypool in South Wales. This idyllic setting is home to eight three and four bedroom houses forming a small close.

Situated in the popular sea side town of Weston Super Mare, Manilla Place is in a gated complex which consists of ten town houses and six two bedroom apartments, just 200 yards from the sea front.

Projects K EW ST O K E C O L L E G E
The PG Group purchased these fine Victorian buildings in 2007 having completed substantial negotiations and concept design work in order to achieve a residential planning consent for 29 units. Situated in an exclusive part of Weston Super Mare adjacent to Prince Consort Gardens, most of the apartments benefit from breathtaking views across the Bristol Channel and superb period features. The project was subsequently sold to Weston Securities LLP to develop out the properties.

Formerly an Anglican church this building was converted by The PG group to provide six spacious family homes in the sanctuary and side aisles and two floors of offices in the upper part of the church which are now home to The PG Group and The Grant Bradley Charitable Trust.

Projects O U L T O N A B B E Y, STA F F O R D S H I R E The development of Oulton Abbey will see the creation of a new retirement complex comprising a fifty bed nursing home, twenty apartments, new convent and the restoration of a series of Grade II listed buildings centered around a Pugin designed church.

Projects L EW I N S P LA C E L E W I N S M E A D, B R I S T O L The PG Group purchased this office building in October 2013 and are currently working on plans to substantially redevelop the site to include up to 130 residential apartments, a residents gym, retail space, offices and a communal rooftop garden with views over Bristol. It is anticipated that work will begin on site in late 2014 and the first residents will be living in the property by 2016. The redevelopment will include works to improve the facade by increasing window sizes, cladding parts of the building and adding balconies to provide a number of the apartments with private outside space.
