Happy New Year! W o w ! Where did 2019 go? I h o p e everyone had a happy holiday season with friends and family and got a chance to recharge your batteries as we head into an exciting new year! I am honored to serve as the 2020 Chairman of the Board of Directors of your Grapevine Chamber of Commerce. I am a Managing Partner at Silver Oak Commercial Realty and have worked in and around Grapevine for the past 22 years. I want in particular to thank
outgoing President Steve Brown and Past President Theresa Mason who spent countless hours working to realize the completion of the Cynthia and Gary Blankenship Business Center and all of the other programs and work of your chamber. As we begin this new year, I am reminded how blessed we are to live and work in a city as vibrant as Grapevine and the people and the business community are what make up the fabric of our city. Your Grapevine Chamber has many opportunities for you to showcase your business. I encourage you if you are a new chamber member to jump in and get involved - not only will you highlight your business,
but you will meet a lot of great people in the process — plus it’s FUN! Your Board of Directors and Chamber staff have been working diligently on planning for an exciting 2020! The Board will finalize our goals for the year at our Board Retreat a little later this month. Make sure to mark your calendar for the annual Awards Banquet on February 6 as we celebrate our successes of 2019 and thank Steve for a wonderful year. I want to thank you again for allowing me to serve as your Chamber Chair - it is going to be a great year! Happy New Year,
LeAnn Brown
