Let’s Celebrate this Fall Can you believe we are in the last quarter of the year already? Thank God for living in North Texas — and Grapevine in particular! I was visiting a good friend last month in an extraordinarily beautiful, but challenged area of our country — and was struck by how blessed I felt upon arrival back home to friends and family. As I mentioned, our normal moneymakers have been cancelled up until now — so we are excited to host our first ‘in person’ fundraiser for 2020 — our 41st Annual Golf Tournament, on Monday, October 5 at the Grapevine Municipal Golf Course. I want to thank those that have stepped up to be a part of this event: sponsors, players, volunteers alike — particularly, our title sponsor, Sewell BMW and Sewell Cadillac.

The 2021 Spirit of Grapevine Wine Calendar — which will be ready for purchase in October! (See page 3 of this newsletter for all the details.) This is a great way to celebrate and support our chamber and community, but also to have the chance to win wine from all over the world for the 52 weeks of 2021. Limited calendars will be sold - so you won’t want to miss out! Calendars drawings will be held each week during 2021. Many thanks to our Chamber Board for their ‘can do’ think outside the box mentality in a challenging environment but also to Off the Vine and the CVB Staff in helping us source wines as well as photography depicting scenes from around our beautiful city. As always, it is my honor to serve —
