Your Board of Directors wishes to remain positive and with the faith that he will be surrounded by a medical team and the prayers that will allow him to find healing in the new year With that belief, the Chamber’s Executive Board has chosen to do what we do best, team up with the 2022 and the 2023 Executive Boards to move forward together, one degree at a time, and to fill in for Kosse until he can be back with us. Phil Cunningham will continue to serve as our Interim Immediate Past Chair, and Trudy Cresswell will continue to serve as our Interim Chair, with the 2023 Executive Board moving into their new positions to serve (Kelly Schwartz –Chair Elect, Joseph Stanyer – Vice Chair and Sue Wykes as Treasurer).
For each of you, we ask that besides keeping the Maykus family in your thoughts and prayers, you consider perhaps finding just one committee, one networking group or one event to visit or become a part of for the new year You don’t have to go all in, since we know that you are still working to build your own business, but we know that together – we can make great things happen! We look forward to continuing to build our businesses, friendships, community and Chamber, one degree at a time with you!

Steve enjoys serving the community and local businesses while professionally specializing in Visual Marketing with Sustainable Signs & Graphics. Prior to Sustainable Signs & Graphics, as a serial entrepreneur, Steve was involved in ownership of several small companies. Prior to that, he held different C-Suite positions for publicly traded companies. Steve’s experience ranges from launching and growing start-up companies to serving in different positions for corporations in the banking, real estate, technology, and insurance industries.
Steve previously lived in Los Angeles before coming to Texas full time and making it his new home. “After spending a week a month in the Dallas metroplex over the span of a decade, this area became my second home. Now, it is my permanent home.” Steve spends his free time tinkering with cars, coming up with new food ideas, and hanging out with friends and family.
