It’s Full Steam Ahead As we approach the end of the school year and summer vacations, it’s full steam ahead at your Grapevine Chamber. On May 2nd, the Chamber presented to the Grapevine City Council, sharing key accomplishments and highlights achieved already this year. Important upcoming initiatives include a “Best Practices” visit to the RockportFulton Chamber of Commerce, another 5 Star Accredited
Chamber of Commerce. The goal of this visit is an idea exchange/ sharing of methods/best practices. It’s always beneficial to see how other highly regarded Chamber’s operate. Also on the horizon is a celebration of the Grapevine Chamber’s 65th anniversary. Details on this milestone will be forthcoming. Finally, I want to thank in advance all of the businesses and individuals who will spend time volunteering in the Chamber’s famous concession trailer during Mainstreet Fest.

The trailer has been recently refurbished and looks great. This vehicle offers the Chamber great exposure during these wonderful festivals, so your participation is truly appreciated. So while summer vacation is around the corner for some, it’s all about the business community at the Grapevine Chamber! Sincerely, Joe Szymaszek, Chairman of the Board General Manager, Grapevine Mills
