We are committed to a Christ-centered, biblically-infused curriculum, small class sizes, exceptional athletic and creative arts programs, and recruiting and retaining quality faculty. Our tuition is designed to cover what it takes to ‘run the race,’ which includes costs associated with instruction, athletics, creative arts, student retreats, yearbooks, and field trips. We, as in your home or business, have experienced significant increases in health and property insurance, personnel, technology, utilities, and other areas. Tuition rates for the 2024-2025 school year reflect an increase to address the impact of inflation. As a parent, you know that your child’s education is a longterm investment in both academic growth and Christian leadership. TUITION INFORMATION As of June 1, tuition for the coming school year is 100% FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE whether withdrawal is voluntary or involuntary (see Continuous Enrollment and Financial Commitment Agreement). Student withdrawal notification for re-enrolled students must be submitted in writing prior to June 1 or parent/guardian is responsible for the full tuition. Grapevine Faith uses an outside company, FACTS Management, to handle payment plans for the collection of tuition and related fees. Setting up a Tuition Payment Plan through FACTS is due upon enrollment and is required for all families. FACTS allows for payments via bank draft or credit/debit card (a 2.95% convenience fee applies to credit/debit card transactions). Tuition payments begin in June or upon enrollment, whichever is later. Payments will process automatically through FACTS; otherwise contact the Business Office to request alternate payment arrangements such as cash, check, wire transfer, or 529 Plan payments. Registration Fees automatically process once the tuition payment plan is set up in FACTS. In subsequent years, Registration Fees process on February 1st for the following school year. Registration Fees increase for returning students by $50 after February 1st and again on March 1st. Tuition does not include all costs that may be incurred by the family. Additional costs include uniforms, school supplies, lunch accounts, high school mission trips, various activities, after school care, Academic Service Program (ASP), and other miscellaneous expenses. A $25.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. Late fee will be assessed on accounts paid past June 1. If no payment has been made by August 1, student(s) spot will be released to new students – family will still be responsible for tuition. All accounts must be current before re-enrollment can be offered, report cards issued or transcripts released. No exceptions will be made. Students will not be admitted to class unless tuition payments are current. FINANCIAL AID The deadline to apply for need-based Financial Aid is March 15th for the following school year. The application can be found on our website under the Admissions Tab. See the Financial Aid Policy under the Admissions tab for details, guidelines, and criteria for qualification. Consideration of financial aid applications will only be made after re-enrollment is confirmed and Registration Fee(s) have been paid. Only full-time students in grades 1st-12th are eligible for consideration. TUITION DISCOUNTS Discounts apply to full-time, PreK-12th grade students and only one type of discount may be applied per student: Pastoral discount 10% off full tuition for oldest child Multi-child discounts 10% off full tuition for each additional child Active Military 10% off full tuition for oldest child
