Praveen is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience of Corporate Advisory and Regulatory Issues.

Praveen was a Partner and National Head of Taxation Services with Grant Thornton, India, and was also responsible for Corporate Advisory Services in Northern India. He established and developed these Service lines for the firm. He has advised leading national and international clients.

He is a gold medalist in Taxation from the ICAI and a winner of the Deepak Gupta Memorial Award. He has made significant contributions to National issues relating to Corporate Advisory and Indirect Taxes in India. He has Co-authored a book on Service Tax, with the Commissioner Service Tax, Delhi. He was consultant to 7 states for implementation of Value Added Tax.

Sunil is a Chartered Accountant having over 30 years of experience in varied industries.

He had worked as Head of Taxation with the India Today Group for over 20 years and then was managing Partner of SMB Solutions before joining Amplus Consulting.

Sunil has been conferred membership of “Who's Who Historical Society, Boston, USA” in recognition of his contribution in the field of accountancy. He specializes in Direct Taxes including International Taxation and Transaction Tax relating to Acquisition and Mergers, collaborations, Telecasting and media agreements, expatriate taxation and benefit planning and allied legal matter relating to doing business in India.

Ashok Garg is an Advocate & Heads Direct Tax & Business Advisory Service Vertical.

Manish is a Chartered Accountant having over 11 years of experience in Corporate Finance.

Prior to joining Amplus, he served as IRS OďŹƒcer for 28 Years+ in dierent capacities across country, before taking voluntary retirement from the post of Commissioner of Income Tax. Having assessed MNCs, PSUs and local bodies he has rich experience of business and organizational intricacies and common tax planning strategies.

During his tenure as CIT he has assessed various group companies from Reliance, TATA, Bennet Coleman, Bajaj Group etc.

His vast experience and knowledge on all the issues relating to direct taxes provides value add to our clients on better understanding of the subject.

He had worked with Ernst & Young for around 3 years in their Valuation & Business Modeling practice, part of Transaction Advisory Services.

Prior to EY, he was working with Valuation & Strategy Team of PWC and with DE Shaw & Co, a Hedge Fund.

Manish has rich experience of working on various assignments ranging from business valuation, intangible valuation and business modeling for the purpose of Transactions, Megers, De-Mergers, Business Restructuring and obtaining Regulatory Approvals in India. Further, Manish has also rich experience in fund raising for listed and unlisted companies.

Siddharth Srivastava (B.Com, LLB, CS), Founder-SKS Associates, a boutique Indirect Tax Litigation And Advisory Law Firm, has more than 13 years of experience in handling litigation, advisory and refund matters for entire spectrum of Indirect Tax laws. He possesses expert command over both litigation and advisory skills having worked with M/s Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (L&S) and M/s Ernst & Young (E&Y) and is a well reported tax litigator. He is well respected across all major sectors like Telecommunication, Real estate, Information Technology, Logistics and Export industry. He has also to his credit successful seminars on tax related issues like ICAI-SIRC, ICSI-NIRC, FICCI, IBL, Educational Institutes and Study Circles.

He worked as Partner with SMB Solutions for over 17 years before joining Amplus Consulting.

Vikas has advised and implemented various projects of foreign companies on their entry and exit strategies and has also assisted companies in setting up their financial and accounting systems & possesses expertise in analytical review techniques of financial accounting data, implications on potential earnings and macroeconomic fundamentals of business operations, with the understanding of local regulatory environment.
