OPERATING ROOM WALL

& CEILING SYSTEMS

We provide three different types of wall & Ceiling Solutions. This wall panel systems gives tremendous cost saving to the end users be it a new project or renovation.

Modular Monoblock Wall Panels should be Sandwich type. They should be filled and Injected with Poly Urethane Foam (PUF) with high pressure, with a minimum density of 40 Kg/m3. PUF Inside the Panel should be sealed with the help of Aluminium Extrusion. The Thickness of the Panel should be 50 mm. we Provide Different Type Of panel like :

FLOORING

ESD Vinyl Floor 2mm thick conductive 100% recycled PVC flexible homogeneous compacted floor covering in roll of size 2mtrs x 20 mtrs. having total weight 2900 g/m2 , suitable for use in labs, OT’s etc. and conforming to static electrical resistance EN1081 104 ≤Rt ≤106 ohms with incorporated carbon encapsulated granules throughout its full thickness and has a conductive backing to ensure optimal and constant conductive properties throughout its full life expectancy. Its surface should be densely compacted for improving wear and ease of maintenance. It should have anti-bacterial and fungicidal properties. The flooring shall incorporate a specially formulated PUR+ Iodine stain freeUV Protected (No bacterial growth) Surface Treatment avoids staining of chemical products used in healthcare like betadine, eosin or anti-bacterial hand gel and increases the durability of the flooring. And should complies with the (34-43) as per EN 685 and (Group ‘ T ’) wear rating as per NF 189 and should have residual indentation of ≈0.03mm as per EN 433. It should also confirm to class Bfl-s1 in flammability test as per EN13501-1, slip resistance of R9 as per DIN 51130 class & colour fastness ≥6 degree as per EN 20105-B02. The product Pentachlorophenol (PCP) free and Covid-19 protection. It incorporates bacteriostatic and fungistatic actions, tested for Anti-bacterial activity (ISO 22196 >99% inhibit the growth of bacteria). It should have low VOC contain as TVOC after 28 days.

ANTIBECTRIAL PAINT

CERAMI FRESH lN provides excellent resistance to stain on the interior wall with special silicon emulsion. It prevents stain on the interior wall caused by liquid spots such as soy sauce and coffee and resists pollution. Moreover, it is environmentally friendly that emits less than 1% of TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compound) and achieves remarkable antibacterial {anti-germ} performance with superior technology.

Stain Resistance and Washability

(Polymerization technique of special silicon emulsion and the flexibility of paint film surface prevent stain from penetrating through the film. Moreover, stain can be easily removed from the surface compared with conventional emulsion)

Resistance to Bacteria and mildew

(With superior technology, it achieves remarkable anti-bacterial (anti-germ) performance and mildew resistance and maintains hygienic environment.)

Enviromentally Friendly

(ft emits less than 1 % of TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compound). lt is safe and low in odour during and after painting work. lt provides a comfortable indoor environment immediately after application)

Testing Method

Based on JIS K 5663.7.12,'wash the surface with a brdsh of 450 gram load. Then, check the peeling of paint film and exposure of substrate.

NON MAGNETIC X-RAY BOARD

The writing unit should comprise of flush mounted white laminate board, be opened to create a wall mounted writing surface within the operating room. The white board should be constructed from white laminate board.

SCRUB STATION

Scrub sinks are made from Stainless Steel 304 material. We manufacture Single, Double and Triple scrub sink station in combination of Manual,IR operated, Knee Operated and foot switch operated configration.

The scrub sinks are made from high quality stainless steel SS 304 having electronic or manual taps with thermostatic controller which can be floor or wall mounted. The scrub sinks can have extra accessories such as automatic, electrical mand manual soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers and endoscope and catheter washing trays and hooks. Stainless steel surgical scrub station in single, double or triple bay as per the requirement integrated sprouts.

PASS BOX STATIC AND DYNAMIC

We manufacture static and dynamic pass boxes with the followingfeatures.

The pass boxes are made from high quality Stainless Steel 304 Matte material.

It comes with a 1.2 mm double skinned door with matte finishing with 4 mm thick toughened glass to view inside.

Protected with Electro-magnetic locks.

It consists of LED Light and UV Light.

Electrical on / off switch with both side displays.

The dynamic pass box consists of blower with vertical down flowcreating a class 100/ ISO class 5 environment.

The Velocity at Grill is 0.45±0.05 mps (90±20FPM), Noise level < 65Db on scale and it comes with H-14 grade HEPA Filter having efficiency 99.999% at 0.3 μm. It comes with a Magnehelic pressure guage to measure the pressure inside the chamber.

PRESSURE RELIEF DAMPER

All operation rooms should be supplied with multi bladed damper specifically designed to control room air pressures and protection the Doors should be provided within the modular panel. Each stabilizer comprises of a matching slip over rear flange coated in white color and exterior grille. The pressure dampers will contain three grade 304 SS Blades which pivot upon sealed for life bearing assemblies

DUCTING AND INSULATION

Aluminium are the most common materials for sheet metal ducts since they areleast likely to harbour dangerous moulds or growths because they have non-porous surfaces. Ducts are conduits or passages used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) to deliver and remove air. The needed airflows includesupply air, return air and exhaust air. Ducts commonly also deliver ventilation air as part of the supply air. 22G aluminium ducting provide an ideal ducting solution and long life. HVAC ductwork and systems require external thermal insulation to keep air temperature and systems running as designed. Investing in a fully adapted external insulation solution also has numerous benefits for project owners (reduced energy consumption), installers (lightweight and easy to handle) and occupants (improved comfort). Reduce the amount of heat (or cold) energy needed to maintain the air temperature as designed, while also preventing the formation of condensation. Significantly reduce the amount of noise transmitted through the ductwork and pipework in the HVAC system. To protect building users and occupants with our non-combustible insulation materials, with no contribution of toxic smoke or flaming droplets. 13 & 19mm thick class ‘o’ nitrile rubber with aluminium foil is ideally preferred.

LAMINAR CEILING WITH AIR DIFFUSERS

The complete unit shall have factory prepared fine sealing system. It should be perfectly seamless integration of ceiling mounted equipment and OT Ceiling. It should be flexible modular range of solutions, adjustable to the local requirements .It should be made out of high quality and durable materials, filter housings and pressure chamber are made out of Aluminum. It should have a low pressure drop allows for the long-term usage of the HEPA miniplate H13/H14 filters . It should have reliable filter efficiency our filters are guaranteed to remove particles and gems with the usual H 13/H14 filters retaining 99.99 % of the particles and germs. It should have minimal pressure drop a low pressure drop ensures the energy saving characteristic of the Laminar Flow Ceiling . Air & light diffuser made out of two layer of mono filament precision woven polyester for the plan air ceiling to give a “LAMINAR FLOW” of filtered air. It also provides a diffused shadow less lighting system with a control on the intensity of luminance by using high frequency electronic fluorescent tubes and ballasts.
