SINTERED MULTI LAYER MESH Sintered Multi-Layer metal mesh is composed of laminated layers of wire cloth bonded special calendaring and sintering in vacuum oven to create a new filter material with higher strength and rigidity. Its interlaced mesh forms an uniform and ideal filtration structure. As a new filter material is not only overcome the disadvantages of ordinary metal mesh, such as lower strength, poor rigidity, unstable hole shapes, but has excellent performances such as high precision and strength efficient flow restriction, mechanical and residence to resistance to abrasion, heat and cold by reasonably arranging its porosity, permeability and strength. Therefore, its total performance has obviously advantage than sintered powder ceramic, fiber cloth another filter material.

FeCrAI SINTERED FIBER FELT Combustion series FeCrAI Sintered Fiber Felt products are widely used in boiler improvement, GHP air conditioning, glass annealing, food baking, furnaces sintering, warmer, painting paper, drying industry etc, with the advantages of long service life, environment protection & energy conservation, resistance to high temperature and deformation, no carbon deposition, foldable, good toughness, well-distributed pore size and extremely high porosity factor & pollutant-holding capacity. Purification series FeCrAI Sintered Fiber Felt products are widely used in chemical industry and diesel car emission device as filtering and purifying material. Ni-Cr-AI porous solid is three-dimensional net structure with the pore size of 0.1mm and 85% porosity. It is the best choice for the integral type catalyst carrier material. FeCrAI filter cartridge is new filter media. This filter media is made of non-woven paving processed special fibers and is manufactured in high temperature vacuum furnace. This filter media has a good filter efficiency and keep heat resistance (maximum operation temperature: 900 centigrade degree) This filter media is used for high temperature filtration. HIGH TEMPERATURE DUST REMOVAL SINTERED FILTER High temperature dust removal sintered filter cartridges is made of multi-layer stainless steel mesh bond by sinter. It overcomes the disadvantages of poor temperature tolerance, difficult to regenerate, low strength and poor wear resistance of traditional dust removal method, which put the air into cooling air system first and then go into non-metal filter bag.

Main structure and principle It is consist of inlet and outlet pipe, filter basket, flange, flange cover and fastener. When the fluid flows through the inlet pipe into the filter basket, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, while the clean fluid is discharged out of the outlet pipe from the basket. When the filter needs cleaning, unscrew the bottom plug of the inlet pipe, discharged out the fluid, remove away the flange cover, retrieve the filter basket and then get it cleaned and reload. There for. It is extremely convenient to use and maintain.
