SESSION 1: RECRUITMENT 101

April 18, 2023, 7:30-9:00 am

Hiring new employees can take time. To help ensure you select the best possible candidate for the position, taking as much time as needed is often in your company’s best interest. Full-cycle recruiting is one option for managing the process of bringing on new team members. Learn what full-cycle recruiting is, its benefits, the stages of full-cycle recruiting, and answers to frequently asked questions.

SESSION 3: LEADERSHIP BASICS

May 19, 2023, 7:30-9:00 am

“Leaders aren’t born; they’re made. They are made by hard effort, the price all of us must pay to achieve any worthwhile goal.” Vince Lombardi. Being a leader of others might be one of the hardest jobs in our careers. This training will provide new and tenured leaders with the tools and skills needed to become effective leaders. We will compare different leadership styles, assess the essential qualities of a great leader, and discuss the differences between a manager and a leader.

SESSION 2: EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

May 9, 2023, 7:30-9:00 am
