EVENT DETAILS
Date: Tuesday, August 15, 2023
Location: Rebel Creek Golf Club: 1517 Snyder’s Road, Petersburg, ON N0B 2H0
Time:
Tee off is at 10:00am. Your team's starting hole and team name will be sent to you prior to the event.
Please arrive no later than 20 minutes before the tee time and go straight to the registration table at the front of the building.
Registration opens at 8:00am.
Tournament:
Shotgun start and Scramble format. This event will be running rain or shine! Please bring your own clubs.

Upon arrival at the golf course, please remember to register with the KW Chamber at the registration desk at the club house

DRESS CODE
Golf Shorts are permitted (5” inseam)
Golf Skirts are permitted (1” above the knee)
Golf shirts with collars are preferred. Mock necks are acceptable. Ladies’ sleeveless golf shirts are permitted, however, tank tops are not
Denim is strongly discouraged
Soft spikes or soft soled (running shoes) are permitted

HEALTH & SAFETY
REBEL CREEK SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Practice safe social distancing at all times. Please leave at least 2 metres between yourself and anyone around you
Please follow the direction of our staff and the signage on-site for your safety
At the discretion of staff, any players exhibiting signs of illness will not be permitted to play.
Arrive prepared with personal sanitizer and sanitizing wipes as needed. Credit and tap payments will be encouraged, but cash payments will still be accepted. Clubhouse seating facilities are available on a course by course basis, with limits on capacity to ensure social distancing
Please dispose of any personal trash in the designated receptacles Please do not litter Dispose at an appropriate time, or place in your golf bag and take home.
ON COURSE PROTOCOLS
Always leave the pin in and avoid all unnecessary touch-points
Continuous putting is encouraged to promote social distancing while on the green Keep a minimum two-metre distance from your playing partners and refrain from shaking hands after your round or any other physical contact.
Maintain the bunker areas as best you can for the respect of other players. Refrain from picking up playing partners’ clubs or golf balls.
OPERATIONAL PROTOCOLS
One person in the bathroom at any given time. Groups are to arrive at the course no more than 45 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time.
Countertops, payment units, door handles, and any other surfaces in contact with the public will be repeatedly sanitized
Power carts and pull carts will be sanitized after each use However, we encourage all players who are renting these products to be proactive using their own sanitizing wipes in addition to our efforts.

Prizes have been donated by some of our incredible sponsors for the player who, at the end of the day, wins a Feature Hole contest. Full contest details will be provided at each hole. The winners of these contests will be announced during the dinner the day of the tournament.

PUTTING CONTEST

After registration on the day of the event, each golfer will be directed to then participate in the putting contest before starting at their first hole. Prize and winner to be announced onsite.
GUESS HOW MANY TEES (HOLE #5)

Correctly guess the number of golf tees in the jar for your chance to win a prize from GKWCC. Prizes are TBT.
TEAM PRIZES
Each player on the Top Scoring Team, and each player on the Most Honest Team, will receive a $50 Gift Certificate for Conestoga Mall

Purchasing raffle tickets will help support the KW Chamber's Healthcare Initiatives, including Physician Recruitment. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the registration table, or throughout the day when one of the Chamber Staff come around on the course.
