The Spring Gathering Charity Horse Show Benefiting Juvenile Diabetes The Spring Gathering Charity Horse Show benefits the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, which works diligently to find a cure for diabetes through the support of research. JDRF is the largest charitable funder of advocate for Type 1 Diabetes research. Type 1 Diabetes is an autoimmune disease that strikes children and adults suddenly, and can be fatal. Until a cure is found, people with Type 1 Diabetes have to test their blood sugar and give themselves insulin injections multiple times each day or use a pump - each and every day of their lives. Since its founding in 1970 by parents of children with Type 1 Diabetes, JDRF has awarded more than $1.5 billion to diabetes research, including more that $107 million last year. More than 80 percent of JDRF's expenditures directly support research and researchrelated education. Your donation to the Spring Gathering Charity Horse Show would be greatly appreciated. Please see the attached documents for further information on donating to this charity horse show, which is a 501(c)(3) . Together we can make a difference in the lives of children and adults with Juvenile Diabetes. Sincerely,

Peter Pletcher & Pauline Cook

Thank you for helping Juvenile Diabetes. Support JDRF today and help us find a cure. Best wishes to all of you for the 2011 Spring Gathering Charity Horse Show.
