Wednesday, December 17, 2016 650 head of slaughter cattle, 132 head of feeders and 66 head of horned roping cattle were sold today at Greeley Producers. The market showed a rebound from last week for like cattle in all classes. Beef breakers ranged $57.50-65.00. Utility beef cows ranged $51-59.00, lean beef cows ranged I the high $40-low $50s. Breaker holsteins ranged $50.50-$57.50, utility Holstein slaughter cows ranged $47.50-52.50 and leans in the low to mid $40s. There was a large crowd both in house and online for the roping cattle special.
