Here are some of the things that make a professional REALTOR® your best opportunity for a smooth and successful real estate transaction: 1.)REALTORS® are held to high standards of professionalism, in ethics, continuing education and protecting the best interest of the client. 2.)REALTORS® understand the market’s strengths and pitfalls and can help you navigate through those to your greatest benefit. 3.)REALTORS® are experienced with the Colorado Real Estate Commission-generated contracts and disclosures and will advise you on what each offer means to you and which offer(s) best meet your needs and goals (HINT: the “best” offer may not be the one with the highest price). 4.)REALTORS® will research the market data for and with you, giving you up to date information so you can make informed decisions each step of the way 5.)REALTORS® have experience-based networks of trusted professionals who offer high quality assistance to you, from professional real estate photography to interior design/ staging, to all property related trades. 6.)REALTORS® will work with you to keep emotions in check and your goals and needs in focus, negotiating as professionals. 7.)REALTORS® orchestrate showings and valuable feedback for you, limiting visitors to
qualified buyers who are represented by another professional. 8.)REALTORS® who are career-driven build their business on referrals. The best referrals are clients for whom they have performed well. They will give their highest and best to your transaction and to you as a valued client and friend into the future, because you are their future. “But, I am just thinking about buying.” Then having a REALTOR® work with you is almost a no-brainer.
