All facilities require 14 days booking notice. This also includes location change, date change, or adding hours.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to rental can receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to rental will receive a deposit refund and a credit applied to their GRPD Account. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to rental receive a deposit refund only.
All set up, decorating, catering & cleanup must be done within your rental time. If any damage has occurred during your rental, your rental refund will be forfeited. W H A T Y O U ' R E

NO inflatable structures are allowed indoors. For outdoor rentals, inflatables require a generator and certificate of insurance provided to the Administrative Office.

The Dream Park is the host of the only sprayground in Greenville. The sprayground is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and perfect for hot summer days. You will also find a playground, a natural play area, restrooms, water fountains, charcoal grills, and a picnic shelter. The shelters at Dream Park may be utilized on a first come, first served basis. In addition to this, the newly renovated Dream Park Community Building is available to rent on weekends.

Green Mill Run Greenway is a 3.1-mile stretch that connects Evans Street, Charles Street, ECU's Intramural Athletic Complex, and Evans Park on Arlington Boulevard. A section winds through wetlands and includes a beautiful boardwalk and two footbridges. The Green Mill Run Greenway connects to the rest of the Greenway system, which continues all the way to the Town Common. The trail surface is asphalt.

The Off-Leash Dog Area is a dedicated recreational site for citizens and guests who own dogs. The park is open from sunrise to sunset.
Listed below are highlights of the park rules. User assumes all risk of injury to themselves or their dog(s). However, dog owners are RESPONSIBLE and LIABLE for the actions of their dog(s).
For their protection, no children under 55" are permitted inside the fenced area.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Remove dogs from the area at the FIRST sign of aggression. Handlers must immediately clean up their dog's litter. Keep "leash in hand" at all times. Handlers must carry ID and proof of rabies vaccination.
Prohibited in Off-Leash Dog Area: Aggressive dogs, choke collars, muzzled dogs, food, smoking, bare feet, dogs in heat, and alcoholic beverages.
Directions to the park - The site is a little over a 1/2 mile east of the Town Common and one block north of East First Street between Warren Street and Ash Street.

The South Tar Greenway is 3.1 miles of greenway. The northwest terminus trailhead is located at the Town Common. The trail goes east and follows the southern bank of the Tar River, then at the confluence of the Tar River and Green Mill Run, turns south and follows the western edge of the tributary. Westhaven Park is a 2-acre neighborhood park in the Westhaven Subdivision off of Memorial Drive. The picnic shelter has two picnic tables and the open area is perfect spot for a game of kickball. Parking is limited to the street.

Westpointe Park is a 6-acre park (one acre developed) on the west side of Greenville off of Stantonsburg Road. This park has a playground, restroom building, and a small walking trail.
WILDWOOD PARK
Wildwood Park provides access to 365 acres of parkland. The park is located along the Tar River and is accessed off of Old Pactolus Road. This park is made possible through the support of Grady-White Boats. FEATURES:
