Create Easter Greeting Cards in Microsoft Word 2007 You could access Microsoft’s card templates and then click on Microsoft Office button after which you would need selecting New so as to open the Word 2007 templates. The window would open new document. Go to Templates and click on the Installed Templates. You would need scrolling down and select Greeting cards. Click on the Easter category from the list. After this you will see a display of all Word 2007’s holiday cards. Search box could be used to look for a particular template that you want to use to create your own Easter cards. You could type Christmas, Easter, New Year, etc. whichever card template you want to use and then press Enter or click on the arrow provided at the end of the box that you use for searching templates. After this you would be able to see all the options that are available in the tool. You could select the one that needs to be used from the displayed options by clicking twice on it. A window might open up, taking your permission to validate that a genuine copy of Office suite is being run. Click on continue to initiate validation process here. The template chosen by you would automatically get downloaded to Word 2007 and it would open as a new document. How to do formatting? After the template opens, you would see the image first upside down. There is no need to get puzzled with that. It needs to be that way since when you get a print of it, you would have to fold the card so that the right side is up and the message is inside the card. You can turn your Show/Hide so as to see the paragraph marks. After this go to View tab. Now you would see horizontal and vertical lines. These are helpful in alignment to personalize the card. When a print is taken, the lines would not get printed so you do not have to worry about that. By placing the cursor at the right place, you could type the message you want others to read. Font, color, size and style could as well be changed. Printing of your Easter greeting card- Once the formatting is finished, you could print it with the help of color printer. Fold the card in half and again in half. You should be able to see the right elements in their places. The image would now be right-side up on the outer side of the card and the message would be on the inside.
