AllsessionroomsatIMS13willbesetupwithadigitalprojectorconnectedtoaPClaptop.To avoiddelays,weaskthatpresentationslidesbedisplayedfromtheconnectedlaptop.
Whatyouneedtodo:
1. Emailyourpresentationslidesatleastonedaybeforethedayofyourpresentationto miltonsymposium@vicu.utoronto.ca.TheslideswillbestoredinaGoogledrivefolder andcanbeaccessedbeforeyourpresentationfromthelaptopintheroom.
Pleasenameyourpresentationfileinthefollowingformat:
[lastname,firstname–panel#–titleofpresentation(shortenedifnecessary)]
And
2. BringabackupofyourpresentationslidesonaUSBdrive.
Toensureasmoothstarttoyourpresentation,pleasecometotheroomwhereyouwillbe speakingaround10minutesbeforethestartofyourpanelorroundtablesession.There,youwill beabletoopenyourslidesontheprovidedlaptopandkeepthemreadyforthestartofyour presentation.
Anyonewishingtotesttheirpresentationinadvancecancometotheirroomduringthemeal breakspriortopanelsessions(duringbreakfastand/orlunch).TherewillbeanAVperson availableoneachfloortoassistyou.

ThereisaprintroominthebasementofVictoriaCollegewheretheIMSsessionsarebeingheld. Theremaybeawaittogetyourdocumentprinteddependingontheamountofjobsinthecue.
