General Information DEPOSITS & POLICIES We require an initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental expenditure to formalize the reservation. Additional deposits are due every 90 days. The final payment is due 10 days prior to your Event. All form of payments are accepted on initial and following deposits. The Final payment may not be done by personal check.Following payments will be accept: Personal/Company Check, Cashier's Check, Money Orders, Credit Card or Cash. MINIMUMS All Events are required to meet a food and beverage minimum expenditure. Minimums vary due to date, time room selection or size of event. Room Minimums do not include service charges, state sales tax, ceremony fees or rental items. The requirements are quoted prior to booking the event and are states in the Private Event Conformation Agreement. The minimum requirements for an event under consideration, please contract the Private Event Department EVENT DETAILS A 20% Mandatory Service Charge and current State Sales Tax will be added to all food and beverage items. All events have a time limit of Four (4) hours. If additional time is required, arrangements may be made with our Private Event Department prior to the event. Additional charges may apply. All events must end no later than 12:00am and be off the property no later than 12:45am. If Client goes over their rental time, there will be a late fee of $500. We ask you to confirm the total number of guest that will be attending at least ten (10) days prior to the date of your event. The attendance figure you provide by that date will not be subject to reduction. Final menu selections, room arrangements and other details are due forty-five (45) days prior to your event. Menu pricing can be guaranteed up to ninety (90) days prior to your event. After you provide us with the final selections and arrangements, we will present you with a Banquet Event Order confirming the specific requirements of your event. MENU All food and beverage must be provided by the club, unless otherwise arranged with our Private Event Department. We offer a variety of menu selections and packages designed to accommodate any event. Please ask about our custom menus. No outside alcohol is allowed. If it is brought onto the premises, your guests will be ask to dispose of it off property ground.
General Information Continue VENDORS Grey Rock Golf Club does require that all vendors be licensed and insured. Please verify with all of your vendors that they meet these requirements. Proof of insurance may be required if they are not on our preferred vendor list. We do not allow outside linen or chair rentals, food or beverage. Vendors are guaranteed admittance to set up one (1) hour prior to the start of your event. DECORATION Please note that decorations may not be affixed to the walls, floors, ceiling or furnishings of the facility. Glitter, confetti, rice or birdseed are not permitted on the premises under any circumstance. All candles must be contained in a glass enclosure. STORAGE Please notify your vendors that Grey Rock Golf Club will not provide storage for any event items. Therefore, all items must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Grey Rock Golf Club will not be responsible for articles lost, stolen, or left unattended during or after the conclusion of your event. DAY OF EVENT All events at Grey Rock Golf Club are required to have a Grey Rock representative on property during venue rental times. The Grey Rock representative does not preform the duties of a professional events planner.
