Join our pilot We are working with a limited number of research groups (e.g. labs, teams, departments, units of assessment) to pilot a range of new dissemination and impact management features that we will be launching during 2018. Current planned features include: •
Dissemination planning and tracking template

Measurement of reach and influence of outputs

Showcase site promoting research outputs to key audiences, such as peers, policy makers, the public, media, industry and educators

Export of data for university systems and impact trackers.
The pilot consists of a pre-pilot assessment phase, where the current Kudos tools and group dashboard can be evaluated, followed by an 8-10 month programme during which additional services will be made available for further testing and feedback. It is estimated that pilot participants will need to spend about an hour a month providing input to the pilot. No technical set up is required and any researcher participants will continue to have access to all content, activities and metrics on Kudos regardless of whether the group opts to subscribe to our services beyond the pilot phase.
