Check that dashboard again - connect with the authors who are getting busy to make sure they feel rewarded for their efforts

Step 5 - Spreading the word

• Ask your PR team if they can do a press release - we’re always happy to help with boilerplate text or a quote. • Send information to your colleagues (marketing, editorial, production) so that they know how Kudos benefits them. • Ask us to give presentations to other teams so they have answers to hand if they are asked about Kudos. • Circulate early results (once your invitations are going out) to get people excited - set up a generic admin account to share with colleagues and encourage them to view reports for themselves.

Step 6 - Further integration

• Send us publication covers so we can give your publication brands more visibility on your Kudos publication pages. • Consider implementing the Kudos widgets to get the most value out of the information authors are adding via Kudos.
