OUR QUALITY POLICY Our Organization's Quality Policy PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES' Management has drafted the following statement as our Quality Policy, to be applied in all of our branches and work centres. Corporate Vision

PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES', Management publicly declares, by means of this Quality Policy Statement, our total commitment to and acknowledgement of the prestige of PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES, in the international community as an integral part of a set of actions intended to offer to our private as well as institutional clients the broadest possible range of services and products in the first and second home Real-Estate market as well as in the most diverse aspects of service and leisure facilities, embracing from hotel activities through to utilities supply, in which the companies that participate in our Group have extended experience and the technical and human resources to develop any project, no matter how large or complex it may be, for the promotion of Real-Estate development involving quality landscaping to improve the standard of living in the areas being developed, by means of compliance with the commitments entered into with our clients and which are established in the following Quality Policy: -

To fulfil each and every one of the legal requirements applicable to our activities.

To ensure the on-going satisfaction of our clients, efficiently resolving any possible complaints regarding our services.

To keep our Integrated Management System up-dated, as a means to guarantee the trust that our customers have placed in us and to earn the trust of potential clients.

To promote our staffs' skills by means of training programmes adapted to the requirements of their positions, as well as providing them with the necessary resources to carry out their jobs.

Analyse the needs of our clients, using efficient internal communication that permits us to develop our work processes to the utmost.

PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES' Management wishes to lead the development of a model corporation as an enterprise devoted to Real-Estate promotion in those geographic areas where we operate. As such and in order to achieve this corporate goal, we are committed to developing a Quality Control System and having it certified, based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 accreditation standards, which will allow us to comply with requirements and goals arising from said Quality Policy, as well as the on-going improvement of our work procedures as defined, delivering top-quality service. The achievement of this Quality Policy in PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES, has led our Management to promote the following amongst our staff: team-work; fair and balanced


distribution of responsibilities; the coordination and versatility of comparable positions; as a method of instilling a philosophy of quality in our staff and as a tool that guarantees more efficient service by perfecting ourselves on a day-to-day basis, with the subsequent motivation of our staff as well as our clients' satisfaction with our services. On the other hand, PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES' Management wishes to underline that negative behaviour, poor organisation and a lack of cooperation between our staff members will be avoided, as well as any attitudes that work against efficient and satisfactory service. PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES' main area of influence is currently on the island of Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain and our international operations cover several countries within the European Union (Spain, the United Kingdom, Poland, Romania and Italy) as well as the Kingdom of Morocco, the Republics of Cape Verde and Panama, carrying out the


development of activities encompassing the building sector, both private and public and RealEstate Development, with projects being executed in the countries mentioned above. Mid-Term Mission and Derived Goals

In order to be able to achieve our corporate vision, a series of activities are required, for which the Management of PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES has committed itself, by setting strategic goals that will be detailed in our Management Programme. Geographical Scope: PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES' Management wishes to continue operating in our current geographical locations as well as decisively extending our scope to a wider international level by designing a system to increase our market share and market our products and services, by means of a network of international sales representatives, to guarantee activities for companies and entities, outside the scope of our business offices.

Market Scope: This range of services that we offer will in future be directed at a larger group of clients with higher financial capacity.

This growth will be the direct responsibility of the PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES Management, and is projected over a five-year span of time. Shared Values

PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES' Management is aware of the importance of staff participation in the development of Management Systems and considers it necessary that a series of values or actions be established to promote participation, in order to achieve compliance with our Quality Policy. For this reason, within PLANIFICACIONES MUNDIALES, we want to promote awareness of what Quality means and the implication of our staff in the Quality Management System, increasing communication and coordination amongst staff members, as well as developing greater professionalisation and specialisation in international markets, with increased responsibility and dedication of our employees by means of team-work, quality performance of tasks and the pursuit of corporate excellence. But this will not be limited to the strictly financial aspect of business, rather it implies a step forward in total implication in achieving our goals and corporate objectives; striving for corporate social responsibility and complete integration into the company developing the project; promoting the improvement of the surroundings of the area where that company operates at an environmental and social level, in order for the Group to become an example of good business in the country.
