SUSTAINABIL SUSTAINABI L C
oinciding with the grape harvest, we have conducted the first test of the European robotics, artificial intelligence and big data project that we are promoting to reduce our environmental footprint and improve efficiency.
O
ur vineyard was the pilot plot chosen in Spain to conduct this test, in which we saw how the system of robots that was designed complements and supports the work of the harvesters.
V
erification was carried out with the help of drones, which provided real-time aerial images of the state of health of the plots and bunches of grapes. This will allow us to reduce our environmental footprint, since any treatments will be very localized.
T
he use of robotics in the vineyard allows us to shorten times and start the processes we use to produce our wines sooner, which results in better quality.
C
ombining the know-how of our team with the possibilities provided by artificial intelligence, robotics and big data is a challenge in terms of innovation and efficiency.
W
e are working on profiling a tool that would make it possible to carry out operations with maximum precision, in a very restricted manner, in order to make immediate decisions based on the evidence in the data.

100% ARBEQUINA
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.O.P. Oil from La Rioja Our own production that comes from our thirteen hectares of olive trees planted in 1976 and grown under organic farming conditions. The oil is produced immediately at cold temperatures. Sensory profile: yellowish-green in color, and intensely fruity. Very pleasant and intense in the nose, with hints of artichoke, fennel and aromatic reminiscences of scrub herbs. Balanced and sweet in the mouth, with a slight tingling and bitterness to it. Very pleasant. Lingering on the

Finca Estarijo 2016 It contemplates the tradition of eastern La Rioja of combining the four traditional varieties, with Graciano grapes playing a starring role, providing intense color, with fresh, sharp edges. Aged for 16 months in 700-liter French oak barrels and casks, made primarily of new wood, the delicate selection of which gives us smooth tannins and the moderate presence of woody flavors. The wine is refined over the course of three years in the bottle.

Val de La Osa 2017 · 100% Mencía Same wine, new brand. It is born from an old vineyard where Mencía has been cultivated for centuries. It's a wine that speaks about the land. Intense, the fruit seduces the nose, violets, the hidden barrel. Elegant and complex. 26

La Prohibición Dulce Natural 2011 · Garnacha Tintorera 100% This unique harvest is the product of exceptional weather conditions characterized by a cool, dry, sunny autumn with little precipitation.A late harvest that means a high degree of natural dehydration of the grape clusters. Over-ripe grapes produce an exclusive, incredibly unique sweet wine. 27
