O

ver the last few weeks, we have experienced some odd times, where we toast from balconies. We have been left without the taste of everyday living, of the customs that are ingrained in us, of our day-to-day at work, moments of sharing space and hugs with our loved ones...

From the resiliency of the great Terras Gauda family, we are working nonstop and without losing one iota of our roots and our philosophy, studying all the possible scenarios, to reach the horizon of this new cycle in the best possible way. We have the essentials, which is what has brought us here and, as always, each and every one of you.

“Pruning means guiding the movement of the sap through the plant in a rational way, adapting it to each grapevine. It is meticulous work that will define how the vine develops before it flowers

Frist sprouts March 26

“Nature takes its usual course...The earliest varieties sprout in the vineyard. Albariño and Loureiro are already showing us their future bunches of grapes, visible and upright; Caíño Blanco is always a little lazy in this aspect.”

CaĂĂąo Blanco

We continue to be committed to this native variety, which occupies a prominent place in our new plantations.

Pruning “Pruning is a complex moment in which we have to understand each vine and each soil to leave the right load and regulate the vigor of the plant, but it always offers us pictures like this: the dew on the plant cover peaking out...

Spring

Spring means an explosion of life in the vineyard. The care in the vineyard continues, with painstaking attention. After a period of rain and mild temperatures, the shoots begin to grow. New dreams are born 22

The abundant spring rains have triggers the emergence of foliage. We mow the undergrowth and pass the plow between the vines to remove unwanted grass, while keeping that which is beneficial to the vineyard
