What’s Happening Week of May 3
Welcome from the Senior Pastor Welcome to GSCC! As we proceed with our series entitled ‘Empty,’ we will continue to discover how the empty tomb and the resurrected Christ affects our own lives in very practical ways. The empty tomb is proof that Jesus was alive and that all He promised was true. Today and in the weeks to come we will discover how that empty tomb affects empty hearts, empty treasure, empty homes and empty lives. The cross couldn't hold Him, the tomb couldn’t contain Him and His burial clothes were unnecessary because He is alive! After His resurrection He talked, touched, healed and loved the people who were looking for Him. He did it that day and He still does it today – and most importantly He wants to do it for you. May you discover the promise, the power and the freedom that comes from discovering the Empty Tomb. For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (healed, set free, empowered, trained, taught) by Him. -Romans 10:13
