Declaration of war

DECLARATION OF WAR Whereas; on 1st September 2002, the Crown appointed Adolf Kalashnikov Williamson to the position of High Court Deemster; and on 21st March 2003 or thereabouts the Crown appointed David Charlatan Doyle to the position of “second” Deemster: And whereas; since 1988 AK Williamson had occupied the position of High Bailiff in the Court of Summary Jurisdiction and from March 2003 to September 2007 DC Doyle had presided over cases in the Court of General Gaol Delivery (both these courts being criminal law courts): And whereas; on 2nd April 2004 AK Williamson received a letter from Yvonne Holmes (Mrs) asking the impossible to be done; and on 28th May 2004 it “appeared” that documents that looked like County Court “orders” from a court in England & Wales were “registered” in the Isle of Man High Court although they had not in fact been so registered (and the High Court is a civil law court): And whereas; as a result of this purported registration under the direction and supervision of Williamson a series of events took place in the Isle of Man Courts of Injustice and Corruption in Douglas in the Isle of Man resulting in denial of basic human rights to Katarina Holmes (a child) and Benedict Holmes (a child) and the signatory to this declaration, Stephen Holmes, Manx father of the Manx children Katie and Ben: including the wrongful arrest and false imprisonment of said father Stephen Holmes: And whereas; despite the involvement of various Deemsters and Advocates (licensed to “practice” in the Isle of Man by the First Deemster) not one judge has acknowledged that “there was no registration” and each has made a fruit of the poisoned tree decision in support of the said AK Williamson, and often published unlawful nonsense on an Isle of Man Government web-site: (IT IS NOTED that the Customary Laws Act 1422 has a section (45) headed Partiality and misgovernment prohibited and that those officers of the Crown in the Isle of Man (with the exception of the Bishop of Sodor and Man) have persistently acted in an unlawful manner by misgoverning and showing partiality to the wicked – the Deemsters have all acted with malfeasance): And whereas; the Deemsters and the Judge of Appeal have consistently contravened their oaths to execute the laws of the Island justly thereby committing perjury in court: IT IS DECLARED that a state of war now exists between the said Stephen Holmes and the entity that is the Crown in the Isle of Man, led by the Governor and Deputy Governor (the said DC Doyle, First Dumpster) and the second Dumpster ATK Corlett.

The said Stephen Holmes cannot “lose” this war because the actions of all persons in authority in the Isle of Man have been unlawful – the said registration of 28th May 2004 had not taken place and so ALL decisions by persons in public authority in the jurisdiction known as the Isle of Man have been unlawful, wrong and contrary to the European Convention on Human Rights and contrary to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (the latter having been law in the Isle of Man since September 1994 and the former having persuasive authority until 31st October 2006 and then being Statutory law in the Isle of Man).
