In addition to those matters raised by the Chief Registrar, as you are aware Deemster Montgomerie was appointed to deal with criminal cases in the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
For a number of reasons therefore, Deemster Montgomerie considers that he is not able to entertain your Petition.
