Ivey Ghee is the CEO, owner and founder of The Hospitality G, a consulting firm that helps build healthy work environments through individual and group coaching, motivational speaking, community building and gender spectrum training. During her years of service in the hospitality industry, Ivey discovered that the proper treatment of all people is the key to enhancing the experience of both customers and employees. She believes that sharing personal experiences with others prepares them for their working journey.

GARRICK THROCKMORTON

Garrick Throckmorton is the Chief Product and Services Officer at TalentTelligent LLC and Principal at Throckmorton Leadership Consulting. Garrick is a passionate HR practitioner who brings an internal HR leader’s point of view to his work after spending 15 years as a HR practitioner and Leader. He has held influential leadership roles in the credit union industry, healthcare, higher education, and consumer goods, focused on driving results through talent management and a wellbeing centered approach. He now works with clients of all sizes to provide expertise to their talent management practices which includes leadership development, coaching, onboarding, succession planning, talent acquisition, team building, performance management, and policy creation.

Garrick has an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and Psychology from Bradley University, a MA in Counseling from Wake Forest University. His work has been highlighted by the Wall Street Journal, Harvard University, The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and at the World Economic Forum but most importantly has positively impacted the lives of employees. He resides in beautiful Winston-Salem, North Carolina with his wife and 2 children.

Tiffany is the CEO and founder of Career Maven Consulting, where she helps individuals and companies reimagine the future of work through coaching, digital education, and learning & development for organizations and teams.

Tiffany also leads leadership excellence learning & development initiatives for Trane Technologies, with an emphasis on building the bench strength of people leaders across a global enterprise through expanded change management, emotional intelligence, and employee engagement capability.

As an in-demand coach, consultant, speaker and thought leader, she has been featured on Forbes, Well + Good, The Everymom, The Muse and a variety of podcasts. She is a master in coaching professionals to learn, lead, and grow at work.

Tiffany is a Double Deac, having earned her BA and MA from Wake Forest University, and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Diversity Educator, and MBTI Certified.

Tiffany serves on the board of Reach Women’s Network, an organization that seeks to advance economic development and promote gender equity, and the advisory board of the Black Philanthropy Initiative of the Winston Salem Foundation, an initiative that promotes equity in education and economic development for the Black community of greater Winston-Salem.

Ivey Ghee is a business owner and lead consultant at, The Hospitality G, LLC, which specializes in motivating hospitable behavior in the workplace. She is an energetic outgoing motivational speaker that loves spreading her joy and passion throughout Greensboro and beyond. Ivey was 1 of 4 to receive a LGBTQIA Community Enrichment Award from Elon University in 2018. Ivey was “Made in Greensboro’’ in July of 2017 featured as a “Community Builder”, and has done just that as she has served on the following boards: Welfare Reform Liaison Project 2011-2015, Guilford Green Foundation 2011-2016, Guilford College Employer Advisory Board 2014-2016, and currently serves as Chair on the LGBTQ Advisory Board for Guilford County Schools.

Ivey consults for the Office of Inclusion and Diversity at Atrium Health Wake Forest, and is amazing at what she does to educate and energize our teammates to be inclusive, welcoming and authentic with all particularly those within our LGBTQ+ community. She’s assisted with: - We Ask WE Care mandatory training offered via Healthstream in 2019 - conducted several in person panel discussions on topics such as -- Faith and the LGBTQ community; Intersectionality; parents and LGBTQ – coming out and being accepted.

- Launched in person and virtual monthly Safe Zone in medicine training system-wide and helps with department level training. - Designed Badge buddy requirement process.

Ivey is also contract facilitator for Guilford County Schools and The National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ) Of the Piedmont Triad. Ivey has somehow created a program or leads a program for all of the organizations she has served.

As an experienced Learning and Development Professional, Will Sutton is passionate about developing the full potential of others. With over two decades of experience leading corporate learning and development, Will brings his passion for developing better leaders to Truist Leadership Institute. Throughout his career in corporate learning and development functions, Will has led his teams to multiple national awards and accolades for quality of programming and impact.

Under Will’s leadership, Truist Leadership Institute has dramatically increased the size and scope of its catalog of programs and services, launched philanthropic programs for educators and students that have reached thousands, launched a research and measurement function within the institute and oversaw that design and construction of the LI’s worldclass learning facility, the Kelly S. King Center.

In addition to his corporate work, will is active in the community. He serves on the boards of the North Carolina Business Committee for Education, BEST NC, and Winston-Salem’s Project Impact initiative as well as the NC Chamber of Commerce’s Workforce Development Committee.
