HPP

High-Pressure Processing: A pasteurization method that uses pressure rather than heat to kill microorganisms in foods ensuring the food maintains flavor and integrity. HPP destroys Salmonella, E. Coli, Listeria, Vibrio, and Norovirus. HPP extends the shelf life of a product to 45–60 days longer.

Steam-O-Purge

A proprietary cooking method that allows our product to steam rather than cook in the microwave, keeping the product moist, fresh, and cooked to perfection.

Reducing food waste diminishes human-caused greenhouse emissions, reduces water and energy consumption, lowers our oil consumption, and saves money. Clean Label Gourmet Foods focuses on lessening food waste with the extension of shelf life using HPP by using sustainable ingredients and green-friendly packaging.
