We cater for everything from meetings to sit down dinners. Whether it be a seminar, meeting, luncheon, cocktail party, sit down dinner or special celebration no event is too big or too small. We understand that each event is unique and can design tailored menus specifically for your event. We match all comparative quotes on campus, giving you individual and personalised service like no other. With fresh ideas and a team of chefs at our finger tips, we’re ready to make your next event a success! OUR MENU SELECTIONS

To confirm your event booking we will email you a Function Form to approve. Please note a 20% deposit is required on confirmation of your booking.

ORDERING YOUR FUNCTION On contacting the Site Manager, please provide the following information: • Guest Numbers • Service Times • Menu Selection and Style of Service • Equipment Requirements • Special dietary needs We appreciate a minimum notice of 48 hours for all normal functions, however we will endeavour to accommodate short notice requirements.

• Unless included in Function Packages, tea, coffee, juice, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will be available as requested • All crockery, cutlery and function equipment not returned within 24 hours will be charged to your invoice. • Any additional labour incurred in the production, delivery, collection, set up, clear down or use of wait staff will result in additional labour charges being applied. • Cancellations under 24 hours will incur a 50% surcharge. • All external events require payment 72 hours prior. • Prices are effective from January to December 2015 and include GST.
