BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH ANIMAL TRAINERS Animal trainers can address any type of behavior. According to the Animal Behavior Institute, trainers who work with dogs, cats, parrots, or other companion animals must have a thorough and detailed knowledge of animal behavior. Pet owners who have successfully housebroken puppies in the past may think they can do it again with relative ease, but no two puppies are the same. Techniques that worked with one dog will not necessarily work with another. Trainers recognize this and have an array of techniques within their arsenal, making them capable of addressing and correcting any type of behavior.
Send us a photo and brief write-up of your pet and we’ll feature it. Email to: sales@gvpennysaver.com or mail to: P.O. Box 340; Avon, 14414. Pets will be published at discretion of GVPS.

DEFENSIVE DRIVING TIPS
Make An Appointment Today!
585-343-7210 48 Batavia City Centre
(NAPSI)—These five tips can help you be prepared for the perils of the road. 1. Know Your Car. Like people, each car has a unique personality. Some features work better than others, and conditions can cause a vehicle to react a certain way. Knowing your car’s limits and behavior patterns can help you predict how it will respond in certain situations. How long does it take you to stop and how much pressure is required on the brake pedal? What’s your turn radius? Does your vehicle lean when you round a corner? Does it quake when you hit a certain speed? Knowing the answers can help you avoid accidents. 2. Use Extreme Caution During a Lane Change. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimates that one of the most common causes of two-lane auto accidents is unsafe lane changes. 3. Know Your Blind Spots. Most cars have at least one line of vision that’s not clearly evident in the rearview or side mirrors. Even carefully placed mirrors often cannot cover every possible angle. Move the side mirrors far outward so that the angle of view barely overlaps the view of the rearview mirror. 4. Keep Your Hands on the Wheel. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration now advocates keeping your hands at the 9 and 3 o’clock positions instead of 10 and 2 because of air bags. 5. Keep Up on Maintenance. Routine work on your auto, like oil changes, fluid refills and tire rotations, can make all the difference in your car’s drivability. Learn More: For further facts and tips about good driving from the experts at Driving-Tests, founded on the universal belief that everyone can be a safe driver, go to https://driving-tests.org. There, budding drivers can also learn how to pass the written test the first time. AUTOMOTIVE

HEALTH BENEFITS OF AVOCADOS Avocados can benefit vision. Avocados contain lutein and zeaxanthin, a pair phytochemicals concentrated in the tissues in the eyes. Lutein and zeaxanthin are believed to block blue light from reaching structures in the retina, thereby reducing a person’s risk of developing macular degeneration. In fact, studies published in the American Journal of Epidemiology, the American Journal of Ophthalmology and The Archives of Ophthalmology found that diets high in lutein and zeaxanthin are associated with a lower risk of macular degeneration, which the American Macular Degeneration Foundation notes is the leading cause of vision loss in the United States.

Preowned Items Can Be Good For The Environment Visit consignment stores: Consignment shops and Goodwill(R) stores are popular places to buy preowned items. These stores take donations or offer items for sale on consignment, which means once sold the person who provided the item gets a portion of the sale. When browsing the racks of these stores, it’s possible to discover highend items mixed in with less expensive items. Shoppers may find designer handbags and clothing for much less than they would sell at retail, especially if the pieces are one or two seasons old. Relying on these stores to supplement classic wardrobe pieces is cost-effective and beneficial to the environment. If you regularly shop consignment stores, you can develop a rapport with the shopkeeper, who may alert you when new items are available.

(NAPSI)—Anyone involved in running a theater, festival, or a sporting or live music event knows all too well the difficulty of doing it on your own. Some event managers turn to third parties like Eventbrite or Ticketmaster to get help with critical ticket sales, but one of the biggest pain points is finding an effective ticketing solution that supports their brand. When ticketing, marketing, fundraising and donation activities are not synchronized, event managers spend more time managing their business rather than the event itself. This leads to lost profits and angry patrons. Rick Blair, co-founder of Artisan Center Theater in Hurst, TX, went through years of trying different ticket brokers to increase sales, but was put off by the high fees and lack of personal attention. He also found that the solutions he tried did not work well with his other tools. “I had separate platforms for ticketing, marketing, website updates and donor management. None of them talked to each other and the entire process was a mess,” he said. Two years ago, he discovered the Vendini ticketing platform. Now the theater has an all-in-one system to handle VIP alerts and online, mobile and box office ticket sales that integrates with e-mail, social and direct marketing. By using Vendini’s Patron Connect, Blair and his team are notified when a donor is coming to the show and where they will be sitting. “When I get the alert, I can rush to my office, write a thank-you card, and slip it onto the donor’s seat before they arrive. That has resulted in many new donations because everyone appreciates a personal touch. Patron Connect is one of my most powerful marketing tools.” Vendini makes event execution simpler and faster. Event managers can create an event, specify dates and times, set pricing, and start selling tickets in minutes. Vendini’s live event management software helps managers like Blair run events more easily and effectively. Learn More: For more information, go to www.vendini.com.

remember it. - A happy Byron customer
Thank you to the two young men from TrashAway. My garage door weighs over 100 pounds and was off its track. These two young men offered to fix it and spent at least thirty minutes doing it. I was able to get my rider out of the garage; no more raking! Your kindness is totally appreciated! I will always Regarding the Big Blue Boxes - I wanted to pick up an item and asked if I could 4 hours early. I was told they would try. I called an hour before I was coming, and I was told they would help me and get it for me. I got there and punched in the number. The lady had a complaining attitude about their business and a scowl on her face. She questioned whether I tracked it right, questioned if it was my right name. I answered of course to both questions. It took her less than five minutes to get it for me, yet she continued to kind of scold me. When I was in retail, I did things with a smile and went an extra mile. Yes, I will wait for email next time instead of being treated like this. I only did this this time because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to pick up during the rest of week. I will still shop there, but I hope there won’t be a repeat of this.

I want to thank all the wonderful people who helped me when I had a seizure in the fitting room at Kohl’s in Victor on November 1st. Coming out of a seizure with so many kind, caring people around me was so comforting and heartwarming. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get anyone’s name, so I am writing this here to say thank you all so very much! The only thing good about having a seizure in public is finding out how many kind, caring people there are in this world. In response to a brief rant about respect: a person can’t demand respect from others. Respect must be earned. Some ways respect can be earned is by how the person treats others. Treat people the way you would want to be treated. A simple smile and a hello are a good starting place. Usually, I find that those who have a lot to say about respect oddly enough don’t show respect to others. Look for ways to be kind and considerate to others, and respect will usually follow. No one respects someone who is always going out of their way to act ugly. Even if the other party is not respectful towards you, I always find that being gracious and conducting oneself with dignity at least makes one able to get a good night’s sleep and makes for a happier person overall.

Thank you to the manager and staff who helped locate the friends I was shopping with. Also, a big thank you the NYS Trooper and the Fishers Fire Department for their quick response and great care. Catherine C. A big thank you goes out to the Avon Dental in Tops Plaza, Avon. Dr. ZembiecWheeler and the staff at Avon Dental responded to an emergency request to replace a destroyed crown that I incurred. With a trip to Florida pending in two weeks, a mishap shattered a crown. My regular dentist was going on vacation and unable to respond in the time frame. It’s not easy getting our dog to their location, and on the proposed second appointment, my wife called to confirm. We were told, “Sorry, we don’t have you for tomorrow.” Sorry, chain store and your inept employees, but you lost my business. Shop local, folks, and forget the chains. The Chain Gang - lousy service, uncaring employees and a cancer to small independent businesses. The professionalism demonstrated by this organization is second to none. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out, I could see these people care! same frustration when he sees a car speeding or parking in a “no parking” zone. I’ve witnessed numerous drivers rolling through intersections without coming to a complete stop. I’ve seen drivers opening car doors without looking, causing law-abiding cyclists to crash into their open doors. Is the previous writer equally disturbed by these things? It seems to me that many motorists are annoyed at lawbreaking only when it involves cyclists. My point is that traffic participants, regardless of which mode of transportation is being used, should be following the law and be observant of others. Being careful and respecting everyone’s rights on the road prevents crashes and saves lives.

HOROSCOPE ARIES (March 21 to April 19) A rejection of your attempt to be friendly leaves you with two choices: Try again, or give up. If you want to make another effort, go slowly. Let things develop without pressure. TAURUS (April 20 to May 20) It could be a problem dealing with unfamiliar people who do things differently from what you’re used to. But rely on that strong sense of purpose to get you through this difficult period. GEMINI (May 21 to June 20) To avoid neglecting a personal matter because of a demanding new workplace schedule, start prioritizing immediately. Knowing how to apportion your time takes a little while to set up. CANCER (June 21 to July 22) It won’t be easy to avoid some of the pressures that come with change. Best advice: Take things a step at a time, and you’ll be less likely to trip up while things are in a chaotic state. LEO (July 23 to August 22) A much-talkedabout workplace change could be coming soon. Be sure to get all the details involved in the process, and once you have them, you can decide how you want to deal with it. VIRGO (August 23 to September 22) You might still believe that your trust was betrayed, although the facts would appear to prove the opposite. But by the week’s end you should learn something that will help set the record straight. LIBRA (September 23 to October 22) Holiday plans could be a challenge because of shifting circumstances. But a more settled period starts by midweek, allowing you to firm up your plan-making once and for all. SCORPIO (October 23 to November 21) The facts continue to be on your side. So make use of them in dealing with any challenge to your stated position. Also, open your mind to the offer of help from an unlikely source. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 to December 21) There could still be a communication problem holding up the resolution of a troublesome situation. Stay with it, and eventually your message will get through and be understood. CAPRICORN (December 22 to January 19) A possible change in your workplace schedule might create a chaotic situation for a while. But once things begin to settle down, you might find that this could work to your advantage. AQUARIUS (January 20 to February 18) A recent job-linked decision might need to be reassessed because of the possibility of finding benefits you might have overlooked. Check out all related data to help in the search. PISCES (February 19 to March 20) A personal situation you agreed to might not be as acceptable to the other person involved in the matter. Avoid pressuring and bullying. Instead, seek common ground by talking things through. BORN THIS WEEK: You have a gift for touching people’s minds as well as their hearts. You would make an outstanding educator.

LOCAL DINING SPOTS FOSTER COMMUNITY Crowd control: Local restaurants tend to be smaller and more intimate than many chain restaurants. This can translate into a calm dining experience. When crowds are small, the noise level inside the restaurant may be muted and service may be fast because there aren’t as many tables to serve. Furthermore, local establishments, although concerned about making a profit, may be less worried about table turnover rate, preferring to let diners linger if it means repeat business.

DID YOU KNOW?
Now Accepting Holiday Reservations
Pizza continues to remain a popular comfort food and go-to staple for quick, family-friendly meals. Statistics Brain reports that 93 percent of Americans eat at least one piece of pizza per month. Five billion pizzas are sold worldwide each year, and the United States accounts for three billion of those pizzas. The average person will eat 46 slices of pizza each year. The world can thank Raffaele Esposito for creating the first pizza that resembled the pizza the world knows today. Esposito created the pizza for Italy’s Queen Margherita when she visited Naples in 1889. The crust was garnished with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil to represent the national colors of Italy: red, white and green.

HEMP HAS SIGNIFICANT HEALTH BENEFITS FOR PETS (NAPSI)—NaturVet’s veterinarian-formulated pet supplements have progressed over the last 25 years to keep up with the ever-changing needs of pet parents. NaturVet’s newest Hemp for Health product line includes four top products—Allergy, Calming, Immune and Joint— that are now available enhanced with Hemp Seed Oil and Hemp Seed Powder, sharing the same great original base formulas that pet parents have relied on for years. Although marijuana and hemp come from the same cannabis family, the plants are completely different in function, cultivation and application. Hemp is grown specifically for agricultural purposes and has been used for hundreds of years in textiles, body care products, paper products, industrial products and building materials. Most importantly, hemp is nonpsychoactive and cannot get your pet high. Hemp has significant health benefits for pets. Hemp is high in fiber; a great source of plant-based protein; is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids; and contains phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and 20 amino acids. Hemp Seed Oil and Hemp Seed Powder work synergistically with other active ingredients to help provide support for allergies, stress and anxiety, joints, aches and discomfort, the immune system, and overall health and wellness. Children have long been drawn to expressing themselves through art. According to developmental experts, coloring stimulates creativity, contributes to better handwriting, teaches color recognition, and can promote hand-eye coordination. Coloring books can help children learn to recognize boundaries and structure and develop spacial awareness. Adults, too, have recognized the benefits that coloring can bring, which includes stress reduction and improved focus. Crayons have long been a favorite tool for coloring, and over the years certain colors have emerged as fan favorites. Crayola® conducted polls in 1993 and 2000 to find out the most popular colors of crayons in America. Blue was voted the favorite both times. Six other shades of blue, including cerulean, midnight blue, aquamarine, periwinkle, denim and blizzard blue, finished among the top 10. Purple heart, caribbean green and cerise rounded out the top 10.

This technique was developed in response to patients’ desire for quicker treatment than one would receive with traditional tooth implantation, which can take many months and multiple office visits to complete. Immediate placement and loading of a single implant are made possible with the use of an implant with a tapered body, designed to promote high stability while the implant is integrated into the surrounding tissue and bone. These implants are not for everyone, including those who smoke, grind their teeth, have an autoimmune disease, hygiene issues, or a chronic disease.

To find out of this method of tooth replacement is for you, call BATAVIA FAMILY DENTAL for a consultation at 585.343.4246. One visit to our office at 6 Batavia City Centre will show you just how satisfying and rewarding a trip to the dentist can be. Office hours are by appointment. P.S. An “immediate load” dental implant known as the “All-On-4” lower denture is actually comprised of four implants that are placed in the jaw bone to give support for an entire denture.
Implants have had a significant impact on the lives of thousands of people. In addition to their cosmetic

DEAR DR. ROACH: My husband’s doctor is telling him to have his gallbladder removed because sometimes he has pain in his right side. They did all kind of tests, but he has pain when he drives long hours or when he eats salads, not fried or fatty foods. Can you tell me more about the surgery, and what it might be like for him after the surgery? -- A.M. ANSWER: Almost every time a gallbladder needs to be removed, it is because of gallstones. Gallstones are common. Six percent of men and 9% of women have them, but most of the time, people have no symptoms. It isn’t always clear whether the symptoms people have are due to the gallstones that are found on imaging studies, such as CT or ultrasound, but there are some clues to help decide whether a gallbladder that contains stones needs to be removed. The classic symptoms are pain in the right upper abdomen, especially after eating a fatty meal, such as fried food (some people eat salads with lots of fatty dressing). Sometimes gallbladder pain is not food-associated. Symptoms at nighttime are not uncommon. Nausea, bloating, lower chest pain, belching and burning pain all are well-described with gallbladder disease, and the proof comes when surgery relieves the symptoms. Sometimes, the imaging test can give clues. Thickening of the gallbladder wall or pain with pressure on the gallbladder (Murphy’s sign) are suggestive of acute gallbladder inflammation. Unfortunately, doctors aren’t always right. Occasionally a person’s gallbladder is removed, and it doesn’t help the symptoms at all. Then, a new search needs to be done to discover the true cause of the symptoms. Most people do very well after gallbladder surgery. The liver itself takes over the job of storing bile in the ducts of the liver, and bile is released into the intestines appropriately after eating. However, it takes time for the system to get adjusted to not having a gallbladder, and only 60% of people are completely back to normal after three months. A few people have persistent symptoms for years. Thus, it’s wise to be as sure as possible that symptoms are due to gallbladder disease before undergoing surgery. ***
DEAR DR. ROACH: I have been unable to complete a yawn for a couple of years. You know, that final “aaah” feeling. My doctor just smiled and offered no explanation; I’m sure she had never heard of this before. I am a 70-year-old woman who is retired. Any ideas, suggestions or recommendations to end this unsatisfied feeling? -- M.G. ANSWER: Nobody knows for sure why we yawn. It can be related to low oxygen, fatigue or boredom, but there is a “yawn center” of the brain (in the hypothalamus) and even fetuses have been shown to yawn. I have read two possible explanations why some people have incomplete or unsatisfying yawns: The first is that in some people, anxiety is the impetus to yawn, and that type of yawn just isn’t satisfying. The second is that stretching of the muscles of the face and jaw are necessary for the yawn to be complete. For some people, repeated stretching (from a “forced” yawn) and breathing in very deeply can lead to a satisfying yawn. *** Dr. Roach regrets that he is unable to answer individual letters, but will incorporate them in the column whenever possible. These Behaviors Make You A Scam Target (NAPS)—If you spend a lot of time on social media sites or looking for great online deals, you may wear a bullseye when it comes to scammers hunting for prey, according to groundbreaking fraud research from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Investor Education Foundation, BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust and the Stanford Center on Longevity. Researchers surveyed more than 1,400 Americans and Canadians who were targeted by scammers and reported the fraud to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which tracks scams. Nearly half of those surveyed did not engage with the fraudster. However, 30 percent engaged to some degree but ultimately did not lose money, while 23 percent engaged with the fraudster or offer and lost money. What separates victims from non-victims? “The path to victimization begins with engagement,” said FINRA Foundation President Gerri Walsh. “Social media and website scams are flourishing. Every time you respond to a friend request from someone you don’t know or click through to an unfamiliar website, you run the risk of being exposed to a scam.” Your chance of falling victim to a scam varies by type—for instance, online purchase scams, tech support ploys, fake check or sweepstakes frauds—and by the method in which you are exposed to the offer. For those exposed to a scam through social media or a website, the numbers are chilling. When exposed to a scam on social media, 91 percent engaged and 53 percent lost money. The odds of losing money to website scams were only slightly lower: 81 percent of consumers in the study who were exposed to a fraud via a website said they engaged— and 50 percent lost money.
A Look Back… MOMENTS IN TIME The History Channel • On Nov. 10, 1775, a resolution, drafted by future U.S. president John Adams, creates the Continental Marines and is now observed as the birth date of the United States Marine Corps. The motto of the service is Semper Fidelis, meaning "Always Faithful" in Latin. • On Nov. 8, 1951, Yankees catcher Yogi Berra is voted the American League's most valuable player. He went on to be the league MVP twice more, in 1954 and 1955. • On Nov. 9, 1989, East German officials open the Berlin Wall, allowing free travel from East to West Berlin for the first time since 1961. The next day, celebrating Germans began to tear down one of the ugliest and most infamous symbols of the Cold War. The wall was built to keep a flood of refugees from fleeing Communist East Germany to the West.
Other factors heighten the likelihood of falling for a fraud. Consumers were more likely to be victimized if they were isolated and didn’t have anyone to discuss the offer with, according to the study. Consequently, those who engaged scammers and lost money were less likely to be married and more likely to be widowed or divorced. “Sadly, loneliness and fraud victimization seem to go hand in hand,” noted Walsh. You’re also more likely to engage and lose money if you’re feeling financial strain, or have low levels of fi nancial literacy, the study found. Protect Yourself Take these steps to protect yourself from fraud: • Ask for input from others. Scammers try to isolate their victims. Don’t be afraid to contact a friend, or a company or organization you trust for advice. It also helps to do additional research before sending any money. One easy action: Do an Internet search to see if the website or pitch has been flagged as fraudulent or potentially fraudulent by news organizations or members of the public. • Focus on your fi nancial health and literacy. Individuals under fi nancial strain and those with lower levels of fi nancial literacy may be more susceptible to scammers. • Knowledge is power. Knowing about scams and scammer tactics can be your best defense in successfully reducing the effect of scams. Keep up with the latest frauds by subscribing to consumer newsletters and seeking out information on current scams. One-third of consumers who were targeted by a scammer, but did not engage with the offer, already knew about the specific type of scam. In addition, consumers who understood the tactics and behaviors of scammers tended not to engage with fraudsters. To learn more about how to protect your money, visit www.FINRA.org/LearnMore. LEAF PEEPING PLANNING GUIDE Pick your destination Anywhere with deciduous trees provides the opportunity to witness blazing autumn color. During leaf-peeping season, travelers can go coast to coast and see awesome vistas. Some regions are particularly known for their leaf displays. New York’s Catskill and Adirondack regions are prime spots for visitors in the autumn. Those who live further north will find that leaves in Vermont are such an attraction that routes are published indicating where to enjoy the best views. Further south, Central and Eastern Virginia peak in late October. And don’t forget the shores of the Great Lakes, which are awash in reds, oranges and yellows by mid-September. The travel resource Frommer’s offers more leaf-peeping locales to visit.

It’s Raining Cats in Brockport By Amanda Dudek
O
ver 140 cats flooded the Sweden Clarkson Community Center on Saturday, October 19th for the Hallmark Cat Club Cat Show registered with The Cat Fanciers Association (CFA). Dog shows have their AKC Kennel Club’s Dog Show which airs every year to millions of viewers. In their quiet way, cats have shows of their own. Cat Fanciers cat shows are held all across the United States, and Brockport falls into its Section 4: The Great Lakes Region. Fellow Cat Fanciers near and far bring their furry champions and hopefuls in to compete. The show room is rimmed with vendors, and the center of the gymnasium-sized, cement floored space is filled to capacity with double-sided rows of cat kennels, some so elaborate they more c l o s e l y resemble Pharaonic shrines. S o m e contestants are cat breeders who traveled from across the United States and Canada Proud cat owner shows off top scoring feline! to participate. Canadian cat breeder of 18 years, Christine, brought a Turkish Angora named “White Dawn,” (known as Allie around the house) bred by her daughter. Other guests include families or individuals particularly interested in certain breeds of cats, and still others are novices. Regardless of their background, they are cat lovers and proud of it. If you envision humorous scenes of people attempting to convince their feline friends to walk a runway, do tricks, even stay on command, this is not a part of the process. Each cat receives a number and is identified by specific breed or by general category (such as longhair or shorthair) when that is not available. Cats are called by category and number to one of ten “rings,” consisting of a bank of kennels behind a table spread with terry cloth and containing a light and scratching post. For each judging, a group of cats are brought into each ring and placed in these kennels. The judge then carries each cat one by one to examine the animal’s characteristics, coat, reflexes and so on before returning each cat to its kennel. After all the animals have been examined, they are scored and proceed to another round of judging. While some feisty felines are a bit vocal, many of these posh pets take it all in stride, lounging with half-closed eyes in their kennels and playfully stretching to dig into the judge’s scratch post, even taking a swipe at their feather wands. From slender Siamese to boxy champagne Burmese, the cats seemed to thoroughly enjoy showing off their pedigree… and not just in Brockport. “The Cat Fanciers Association is an international organization headquartered in Alliance, Ohio,” said Joseph Lentner, Hallmark Cat Club President. Lentner, who has been the president of the forty-year-old Hallmark Cat Club for about 20 years, said his club - which spans from Canandaigua to Leicester to Rochester and Penfield - typically has around 14 members. “We are associated with the CFA, which registers cats across the country, sets rules and regulations, and develops different feline breeds and their standards,” said Lentner. “Our founder also started the Monroe Cat Fanciers and the Genesee Cat Fanciers.” The biggest

challenges the Hallmark Cat Club faces today are its aging members and the rising expense of its shows. “The average show hall rents up to 4,000 per weekend,” said Lentner. “We rent our cages and rungs from our parent club, the Genesee Cat Fanciers, which owns them and pay for space for the cats. Judges’ fees, travel and lodging costs, ring clerks’ and stewards’ fees and more all add up. It’s a labor of love as much as anything.” Judges are professionally trained via a rigorous program which goes well beyond hair length and color, eye color and body confirmation to include even the tilt of the ear or muzzle. Cats are judged as kittens (4-8 months), Championship (older than 8 months unaltered) and Premiership (older than 8 months altered). “Some breed standards are just a few paragraphs long while others go on for pages,” explained Lentner, who finds these shows enjoyable. “There is a camaraderie with other attendees who have similar interests,” he said. “I have friends in Michigan, Ohio, New Jersey, Maine and around the globe as far away as China and Russia. You also build relationships with other breeders sometimes. If you are looking for a good cat, it is best to go to shows to find pedigree breeders.” Lentner has “taken a fancy” to M a i n e Coons. “The Maine Coon is the American Cat, the barn cat of New England,” he said. “Maine Enjoying cat cuddles at the Hallmark Cat Club CFA Cat Show! Coons are believed to have descended from Norwegian Forest cats from Norse ships, Persian and Angora cats on Spanish ships and British Shorthair cats on British ships. We have registered it and fixed its traits so that it can be judged. My Maine Coon cat can be traced back twenty generations.” Those interested in becoming cat club members may contact Joseph Lentner at jlentner@rochester.rr.com and visit www.cfa.org for more information.
