HOW TO OVERCOME WORKOUT FATIGUE

REFRESH YOUR SMILE!

Use proper form when exercising. Improper form can lead to injury and/or muscle fatigue. Men and women who cannot adhere to proper form when working out may need to reduce the amount of weight they’re lifting. As activities are performed using proper form, people may find they’re building muscle without growing fatigued. As workouts progress, weight can be added.

No Screening Tests for Bile Duct Cancer

Lakeville 3513 Thomas Dr., Suite 2 Henrietta

---

20 Finn Road, Suite C

DEAR DR. ROACH: A family friend has just been diagnosed with bile duct cancer. She is a breast cancer survivor and is 75 years old. The tumor is said to be the size of a quarter, and it was discovered after she complained of heartburn symptoms. Are there screening tests that could have detected the condition before the heartburn symptoms? Are there things that she could have done to avoid the cancer? My family members are frightened and want to avoid her condition. -- Anon. ANSWER: Cholangiocarcinoma, cancer of the bile ducts, is a rare cancer that is, unfortunately, associated with a high mortality rate. There are no symptoms in most people until it is advanced. Since the cancer is in the bile ducts, the most common symptoms are caused by obstruction of the bile ducts: jaundice (yellow in skin/eyes), generalized itching, dark urine and lightcolored stools. Abdominal pain, fever and weight loss are other symptoms. Cholangiocarcinoma is not a disease that’s amenable for screening; it is rare in North America (it is more common in East Asia, where there are screening programs). Further, the available screening tests, such as blood tests and imaging studies, are not very sensitive, meaning the tests will miss cases. And they are not very specific -- a positive result on the screening test does not necessarily mean cancer. For these reasons, screening is not currently recommended for people at average risk, although it may be considered in people at high risk, such as people with primary sclerosing cholangitis, a chronic liver disease that puts people at high risk for cholangiocarcinoma. Other risk factors for cholangiocarcinoma are mostly beyond a person’s control: other liver diseases, parasites and genetic conditions. There is some evidence that obesity and diabetes increase the risk of this cancer; however, it does no good for you or your friend to look backward. Never blame the victim. She should concentrate on getting treated. I don’t have enough information to comment on her prognosis, but the fact that it was diagnosed early -- apparently before obstruction of the bile ducts -- and with a tumor only the size of a quarter, are favorable. Treatment may include surgery and chemotherapy (before or after surgery).

Caring for you and the community since 2001.

RECOGNIZE POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS Homes are safe havens that people retreat to in an effort to relax and unwind. However, homes may be harboring some hazards that put their inhabitants at risk. Cleaning products and chemicals can be found in every home, but some may be putting people in jeopardy. Even seemingly safe items can prove dangerous when they are used and/or stored incorrectly. Individuals who make a concerted effort to educate themselves about common household chemicals can reduce the likelihood that such cleaners will hurt them in the long run.

Restore Medical Center SAY GOODBYE TO ED FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION New patients only.

DEAR DR. ROACH: I have a friend who is a longtime user of diet soda pop. A year ago, she was diagnosed with colon cancer and spots on her liver. She is taking chemo again now. She continues to consume diet soda, which concerns me because I have heard of possible adverse effects of artificial sweeteners. How would you advise her? I hesitate to say anything, since she might be getting more unsolicited advice than she wants already. -- M.K. ANSWER: I think that artificial sweeteners are unlikely to have had any role in causing her cancer in the first place, nor in her treatment or risk of recurrence. It’s more important for her to stay hydrated during chemotherapy, and she should have what is easiest for her -- and if that’s diet soda, that’s fine. Even if water is the best choice, I completely agree with your thoughtfulness: Now is not the time to give unsolicited health advice.

DANGEROUS AIRBAGS AFFECT MILLIONS OF DRIVERS (NAPSI)—Roughly 37 million vehicles—across all makes and models— have dangerous, recalled airbags that need to be replaced immediately and they’re FREE. In the event of a crash, the faulty airbags can explode with sharp metal fragments, causing serious injury or even death to the driver or passengers.

All are welcome… including couples. Watch for our specials

The easiest way to check if your vehicle has a defective airbag is to find your vehicle’s 17-digit vehicle identification number (VIN), typically located on the driver’s side dashboard by the windshield and on vehicle registration and insurance documents. Next, visit CheckToProtect.org and enter the VIN. Within seconds, you’ll learn whether the vehicle has an open airbag safety recall. If you do have an open airbag recall, call your dealer immediately to set up a FREE repair. Recall repairs are FREE and will always be done at an authorized dealer, even if you purchased the vehicle somewhere else. Alternative transportation may be available at some dealers. Even after you’ve checked your vehicle, it’s important to set a reminder to check every six months for airbag and other safety recall notices. Recalls are announced by automakers throughout the year, and if you miss a recall announcement—or have lost touch with your original dealer—you could be driving a vehicle with a dangerous safety recall.

GRILLED CALIFORNIA SWEET POTATOES (NAPSI)—The next time you’re firing up the outdoor grill (or indoor grill pan, for that matter), throw on a sweet potato or two. An easy, healthy side dish with a huge wow factor, grilled sweet potatoes are nutrient rich, high in fiber and absolutely delicious. And they go great with burgers, steaks, chops, chicken or pretty much anything off the grill. Start with this basic recipe, and if you’re feeling creative, try different shapes—sweet potato coins or steak fries, for example. Or add your favorite herbs and spices—such as chopped fresh rosemary, thyme, cinnamon or smoked paprika. Pizza continues to remain a popular comfort food and go-to staple for quick, family-friendly meals. Statistics Brain reports that 93 percent of Americans eat at least one piece of pizza per month. Five billion pizzas are sold worldwide each year, and the United States accounts for three billion of those pizzas. The average person will eat 46 slices of pizza each year. The world can thank Raffaele Esposito for creating the first pizza that resembled the pizza the world knows today. Esposito created the pizza for Italy’s Queen Margherita when she visited Naples in 1889. The crust was garnished with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil to represent the national colors of Italy: red, white and green.

(NAPSI)—You may notice, when the weather turns colder, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) light on your dashboard lights up more frequently. The Car Care Council recommends checking your tire pressure regularly during the winter to help keep the TPMS light off and your vehicle safe. “It’s typical at this time of year for motorists to get TPMS warnings and then get worried about their tires,” said Rich White, executive director, Car Care Council. “Often drivers will see this in the morning when it’s coldest. If the temperature warms, the light could turn off but it’s likely that tires will still be a few pounds per square inch (PSI) underinflated. This is why it’s important to check tire pressure regularly.” According to the U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association, for every 10 degree drop in temperature, tire pressure decreases one to two PSI. Checking the tire pressure is important for vehicle safety, tire life and gas mileage.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE TO THE OVER 50 CROWD: Movie tickets: The cost of going to the movies has skyrocketed in recent years, as today’s theaters now offer an array of amenities and, thanks to bigger screens and better technology, a better viewing experience than the theaters the over-50 crowd grew up visiting. While film lovers may need to wait until they turn 60 to cash in on discount movie tickets, many chain movie theaters offer discounted tickets to older patrons.

Incorrect tire pressure can lower gas mileage by 0.3 percent for every one PSI drop in pressure of all four tires and improve fuel efficiency by up to 3.3 percent when the correct tire pressure is maintained.

We certainly have grown... ...but we still welcome new patients adults & children.

“Tire pressure should be checked at least monthly. It is important to note that newer cars with tire pressure monitoring systems may not alert you until the tire is significantly underinflated, so you may want to check it more frequently,” said White. “It is important to check tire pressure whenever there is a significant weather change and more often during the winter months.” The Car Care Council is the source of information for the “Be Car Care Aware” consumer education campaign promoting the benefits of regular vehicle care, maintenance and repair to consumers.

HEMP HAS SIGNIFICANT HEALTH BENEFITS FOR PETS (NAPSI)—NaturVet’s veterinarian-formulated pet supplements have progressed over the last 25 years to keep up with the ever-changing needs of pet parents. NaturVet’s newest Hemp for Health product line includes four top products—Allergy, Calming, Immune and Joint— that are now available enhanced with Hemp Seed Oil and Hemp Seed Powder, sharing the same great original base formulas that pet parents have relied on for years.

NEW PUPPY, BEGINNER 8 WEEK COURSE

Although marijuana and hemp come from the same cannabis family, the plants are completely different in function, cultivation and application. Hemp is grown specifically for agricultural purposes and has been used for hundreds of years in textiles, body care products, paper products, industrial products and building materials. Most importantly, hemp is nonpsychoactive and cannot get your pet high.

St. Agnes School to Celebrate Catholic Schools Week By Amanda Dudek

O

n January 27th through January 31st, Catholic schools coastto-coast will celebrate National Catholic Schools Week, and St. Agnes School of Avon is no exception. For weeks, if not longer, the students at St. Agnes have been looking forward to the many activities the week will bring, including a special mass at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Rochester. It is also a time of gratitude for this unique educational experience. Catholic Schools Week will kick off on Monday with a 12:30pm prayer service at St. Agnes Church. On Tuesday, students will sport their pajamas and bring along a stuffed animal friend. They will also participate in reading with “Bigs and Littles,” something the St. Agnes School Principal, Elizabeth Jensen, says they especially enjoy. “The kids love Tuesday,” she shared. “We pair 3rd-6th graders with the younger Pre-K-2nd graders throughout the entire school year. The older students [Bigs] read and work with the younger students [Littles]. Sometimes during this event, they pretend to be camping out as they read together. It is so special. My 6th graders have already started asking when that day is coming!” On Wednesday, students will head to Sacred Heart Cathedral along with the 18 other Catholic schools in the Rochester diocese. All students will be dressed in perfect uniform, and St. Agnes School will be honored to have two of its students altar serving with one student holding the Bishop’s miter (hat) and the other his Crosier (staff ) potentially.

A St. Agnes teacher working with a student.

“The Bishop’s mass is especially exciting for us this year,” said Jensen. “We will also have one of our 6th grade students doing her first reading; she is already practicing!” Jensen added that while the Bishop always gives “such a great homily,” the students participation in the mass makes it “extra special.” Thursday will find students dressing down in red and navy to show their school pride, roller-skating in the gym and hosting a potluck dinner and talent show that evening. Finally, on Friday, students will enjoy a family fun day, either skiing and snowboarding at Swain or bowling at Livingston Lanes in Geneseo. “The community is so supportive of us,” said Jensen. “During National Catholic Schools Week, we celebrate how lucky we are to have this opportunity thanks to the sacrifices of many, including parents, donors and teachers,” added Jensen, herself a former Catholic school student. “As the heart and soul of Avon, we view ourselves as an extension of a child’s family, continuing to teach the values our students are learning at home.” Continuing a 144-year tradition of excellence, academics at St. Agnes remain strong, with 85% of St. Agnes students proficient in English Language Arts, and 85% of St. Agnes students proficient in math compared to New York State averages of 46% in English

Language Arts and 50% in math. One success factor is the school’s focus on teaching the whole child: spiritually, emotionally, socially and academically. “State tests are just one measure of our students’ success,” explained Jensen. “Faith, how to be a good person, and interpersonal skills are taught along with academics so that students can be the best versions of themselves,” noting that students do not have to be Catholic to attend. “We also encourage parents to partner with us, volunteer, attend events and use their expertise to make our school even better than it is.” Still, Jensen reiterated, St. Agnes School is not lacking in academic resources, expertise and best practice. “We are more than Common Core,” stated Jensen. “We follow state standards, and we use the expertise of our highly-qualified, state certified teachers. We also offer academic intervention, tutoring, one-on-one instruction and follow research-based best practices.” While Jensen recognizes Catholic school may not be the option for everyone, she would like those families interested in a Catholic school education to know that St. Agnes is able to offer a good amount of financial aid. “We offer scholarship opportunities through the St. Agnes School Foundation,” she said. “We will work with anyone who would like to come. We do not believe finances should stop anyone from attending who would like to attend, and I hope people will take advantage of the opportunities we provide.” St. Agnes School also offers three-year-old Pre-school two days a week and four-year-old Pre-school three half days up to five full days a week. Affordable, afterschool care for Kindergarten through sixth grade students is offered, as well. “It is a special place,” said Jensen fondly. “We have fun, and we learn a lot, creating bonds that last forever.”

ARIES (March 21 to April 19) Mixed signals could create problems. Make sure your views are presented clearly, and insist others do the same. Don’t let an unanswered question go by without a full explanation. TAURUS (April 20 to May 20) Financial pressures ease, allowing for more budget flexibility. But as the money-wise Bovine will appreciate, thrift still beats out splurging. Expect news from someone special. GEMINI (May 21 to June 20) Getting things done is what you do so well. But be careful not to overtax your energy reserves. Take time out to relax or to do something different to help keep them at optimum levels. CANCER (June 21 to July 22) This is a good time to satisfy the Moon Child’s growing sense of wanderlust. Choose a really special place to go to, with a very special person to share it all with you. LEO (July 23 to August 22) You love being in the spotlight. But be careful it doesn’t blind you to the truth behind a seemingly wonderful opportunity. Look closer and you might be sadly surprised at what you find. VIRGO (August 23 to September 22) Isn’t it time to take a break from your hectic schedule? Sure it is. And the sooner you do, the sooner you can return fresh and more than ready to take on all those new projects. LIBRA (September 23 to October 22) A recent family incident can help bring everyone closer, and there’s no one who’s better at making that happen than you. Accept (indeed, insist on!) help from others to get things off and running. SCORPIO (October 23 to November 21) Long-held habits are often difficult to break. But the change from how you always did things to how you can do them now can be liberating. So, be flexible and give it a try. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 to December 21) Someone you met in your professional world last year and thought you would never hear from again could make a sudden reappearance in your life, along with an interesting offer. CAPRICORN (December 22 to January 19) Once again, you delight everyone by coming up with a solution for a problem that actually works. On another note, it’s not too early to get started on those travel plans. AQUARIUS (January 20 to February 18) Before you go ahead with finalizing your plans for your new project, check them over to see if you can make some improvements or if you can find ways to cut costs. PISCES (February 19 to March 20) The Fabulous Fish might have been out of the social swim for too long, and it’s time you plunge back in. Reinforce your old friendships and be open to starting new ones. BORN THIS WEEK: Your creative talents help bring beauty to the world and the people in it. On their behalf, thank you. Many thanks to Northside Salvage Co. in East Rochester! You delivered as promised, for which I am much grateful. Sorry this “shout out” recognizing your reliable business took so long to submit, but here it finally is. We came to you looking for a real spare tire, not a ‘donut’. For a Christmas present last year, we received a gift card from a popular restaurant/bar in [local town]. Shortly thereafter, they closed for renovations. We anxiously awaited their reopening. Finally, we were able to stop for lunch. The new owner refused to accept our gift card. We were not aware it was under new management. We do know Sherry would have done anything to retain us as a customer. Sadly, we will not darken the doorway of this establishment again. Hope the new owner brings all new clientele; he will need them if he is to remain in business. On November 7th, I was lucky enough to shoot a nice 8-point buck. I was going to mount the antlers

GENESEE VALLEY PENNY SAVER

There was a mix up with the inventory, and it was at your Buffalo lot, though you promised home delivery nicely wrapped in plastic the next day. Being short on time and purchasing other used car parts from the Northside Salvage Co. before, I had no doubt about paying in advance and trusting your company. People waste so much money on new parts when they can support a local business that has a great reputation and just about every screw, bolt, mirror, hubcap, and tire they need. Northside Salvage, thank you very

much, cheers to a safe and healthy year to all of you and your families. Your hard work is gratefully appreciated. Toni – East Rochester

on a plaque because they were quite large. On November 8th, the butcher called and said my deer was cut up. I picked it up and on the way home stopped at [local] grocery store to get a few things. The meat and head were in the back of my truck. When I came out of the store the head was gone! Why would you steal it? When you mount it, tell your friends that’s the one you stole from the grocery store parking lot. The tag was on the antlers. If you would like to return it, I’d appreciate it, but I doubt you will.

The bride spends all the holidays with her family and forgets his! This is very selfish and crosses the line to just plain mean when your husbands have only one surviving parent. What do you suppose that parent does for the day? Seriously, are the people who raised the man you love so awful? I won’t even go into how sad it is when grandchildren are involved. Take a minute to take stock of your holidays. Are you respectful and inclusive of your husband’s families, or are you guilty of this behavior? Once you’re finished with all the excuses as to why you don’t go there, take time to put on your big girl pants and go act like a considerate adult. You can set a good example for the kids. At least give your husband time to take the kids for a visit.

Attention Daughter-inLaw! Your husbands have families, too! I am seeing more and more one-sided holiday arrangements.

The U.S. Constitution is the perfect model for a Republic Democracy, “...govt. of the people, by the people, and for the people.” To do away with what the U.S. Constitution states would be to undermine the human intelligence and drive to make and keep America the best country to live in in the

world! It is okay to disagree with others, but when it’s carried so far that it hurts others you disagree with, then it isn’t okay. You cannot make everyone happy, as humans are all different, and not one individual human is the same as another. This is a good thing! Thanks to the Red Cross for installing two new smoke detectors in my home. I’m sleeping much better at night. Geneseo Senior Citizen

Enough is Enough about wheelchair rights! Please get off it. With all the horrific things happening in the world, move on about being an adult in a wheelchair and being treated like one. Be happy if someone is considerate and takes the time to try to help or assist someone they may think needs assistance. This could be anyone, and not necessarily someone in a wheelchair. If you don’t want the help, then tell them so. Simple as that. Stop this obsessing about whether it is an assault or someone feeling “pity” for you. A Look Back… MOMENTS IN TIME The History Channel

Good G ood H Health ealth R Reset eset (NAPS)—A good health reset can happen any time of the year. It simply takes a commitment to making small, sustainable changes that add up to impactful, healthy habits. Dr. Samara Sterling with The Peanut Institute says it’s best to begin by concentrating on the good habits you already follow. “Set yourself up for success by building on the healthy things you like to do,” says Sterling. “For example, if you typically eat one serving of fruit a day, figure out a way to increase that to two servings.” Over time, as you amp up your healthy habits, the detrimental ones tend to fade away more easily. As part of a good health reset, Dr. Sterling recommends incorporating more protein, especially plant-based proteins, into a daily diet. “Proteins and healthy fats make you feel fuller for longer and can help eliminate the urge to snack and consume empty calories,” explains Sterling. Peanuts are an example of a powerful plant protein. Just one serving of peanuts delivers seven grams of protein, 19 vitamins and minerals and heart-healthy fats. “Peanuts are categorized as a superfood because they’re nutrientdense and deliver superior health benefits in a very small serving,” says Dr. Sterling. “If you combine superfoods, like kale and peanuts or quinoa and peanuts, you’re really maximizing your nutritional intake.” There’s more good news because peanut butter also packs protein. “Research has shown that the consumption of small amounts of peanuts or peanut butter has been associated with a reduced risk of cancer, heart disease and diabetes,” says Sterling. “It’s easy to incorporate peanuts and peanut butter into breakfast, lunch or dinner.”

On Jan. 20, 1980, bleachers at a bullring in Sincelejo, Colombia, collapse, resulting in the deaths of 222 people. The deadliest tragedy at a sporting event in Colombia's history was the result of overcrowding and poor construction. On Jan. 22, 2003, the U.S. Census Bureau releases detailed statistics on race and ethnicity showing that the Hispanic population was the country's largest minority group. Some 29% of immigrants in the U.S. had come from Mexico alone. On Jan. 21, 1977, U.S. President Jimmy Carter grants an unconditional pardon to hundreds of thousands of men who evaded the draft during the Vietnam War. Some 100,000 young Americans went abroad in the late 1960s and early ‘70s to avoid military service.

Refresh Your Home for Spring Get rid of grime A whole season’s worth of dirt and dust accumulates during the cold winter months. A deep clean inside and out can restore your home to its former glory. Inside, take time to launder all of your linens, including curtains, rugs and bedding. Move furniture to vacuum behind and below, and don’t overlook dust and dirt magnets like mirrors, light fixtures and the insides of cabinets, especially higher shelves that see infrequent use. Outdoors, hose off or power-wash surfaces like windows, siding, decks and concrete to restore a crisp, clean appearance.

UPGRADE ATTIC INSULATION TO SAVE ON ENERGY EXPENSES (NAPSI)—One of the most cost-effective ways to make your home more comfortable year-round is to add insulation to your attic, including the attic trap or access door. By sealing uncontrolled air leaks, points out the U.S. Department of Energy, you can save 10 percent to 20 percent on your heating and cooling bills. Fortunately, this can be a relatively easy task. Why Improve Your Insulation An improperly insulated attic can be a preventable source of energy loss and unnecessary expense. Over time, insulation can settle or compact, which reduces its R-value. An insulating material’s resistance to conductive heat flow is measured or rated in terms of its thermal resistance or R-value— the higher the R-value, the greater the insulating effectiveness. A breezy attic may also result in drifts or shifts in your original insulation, leaving gaps where heat can escape. By topping up your attic insulation, you’ll increase the thermal level, reducing your overall energy usage and saving you money. How To Do It A simple way to do this is to topup the existing insulation in your attic. This is one project that homeowners can often tackle for themselves. Look for timesaving, easy-to-install products, such as stone wool batts, that are easy to work with and don’t require costly blower rentals, protective clothing or an investment in expensive equipment. You can easily add Rockwool ComfortBatt insulation on top of most existing insulation to increase R-value in an attic without having to do any remediation or removal first. The batts will remain stable and won’t shift after they are put in place, ensuring upgraded thermal protection. They’re also: • Easily cut • Noncombustible • Excellent for sound absorbency • Not likely to rot or promote growth of fungi or mildew • Water and moisture resistant. To apply the insulation, simply begin in one corner of the attic, open the bag and place the stone wool batts as needed to get a consistent layer throughout the attic. Make sure to cover spaces around ducts, wiring and piping, converting these awkward spaces into energy-saving areas. One of the advantages of stone wool batts is their compatibility with other insulation types, eliminating any need to remove existing product. Learn More: For further facts and tips on insulation, go to www.rockwool.com/products/comfortbatt.

WHY IT’S WISE TO HIRE VETERANS WITH DISABILITIES (NAPSI)—“Today, nearly 4 million Americans have a service-connected disability. At a time when many employers are struggling to fill positions, hiring veterans with disabilities can boost diversity and inclusion efforts,” explained Jeff Hall, national employment director for DAV (Disabled American Veterans).

RUSH-HENRIETTA CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Apply:

Office of Human Resources 2034 Lehigh Station Rd. Henrietta, NY 14467

For example, Dave Ellis found it difficult to get a job after receiving an honorable discharge from the Army. “I had a severe back injury, but I also carried mental scars from active duty,” he said. After six months of searching, he was able to find a supportive company that understands and values the traits that come from military training, including job-ready skills, tested leadership abilities and a mission-focused work ethic.

Experience the R-H Advantage!

For others, however, it can be a struggle. In fact, a survey in The Journal of Vocational Rehabilitation found that 57 percent of veterans with disabilities transitioning to the civilian workforce feared hiring discrimination due to their disability.

Full-time Meat Cutter Position

“The reality is that many of America’s businesses, big and small alike, recognize the importance of hiring veterans with disabilities, but often don’t know where to begin,” added Hall.

Interested person must be at least 18 years of age. Meat cutter experience preferred, but will train the right person. Must be customer service oriented, be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, good communicator, and willing to learn new skills.

Interested applicant may apply at www.honeoyefallsmarketplace.com

To address this need, DAV has published “The Veteran Advantage: DAV Guide to Hiring and Retaining Veterans with Disabilities.” This free, comprehensive guide is the result of more than four years of study about what the veteran community contributes to the workforce and how hiring veterans, especially disabled ones, can improve a company’s bottom line. The 36-page publication, which can be downloaded at http://dav.la/jobs, offers best practices and helpful tools for employers. But it goes further, helping to correct misperceptions and inspire more organizations to hire from this talent pool. Content includes statistics about veterans with disabilities, in-depth onboarding and retention strategies, a practical checklist for employers, and explanations of financial incentives, tax credits and other support. The Guide also highlights powerful testimonials of veterans thriving in successful careers, and case studies from employers who benefit from having disabled veterans in their workplace. Nationally respected companies such as First Data and USAA apply the findings within their own internal human resources departments and hiring teams.

There are also free and helpful resources that veterans themselves can take advantage of to help with the transition into a civilian career. For example, DAV holds free career fairs throughout the country for veterans and their spouses. Details are available at http://dav.la/jobs. “While our nation’s veterans, particularly those who have been injured in service, are faced with unique challenges, they also offer the skill sets, loyalty and dedication needed to help successfully power America’s economy,” said Hall.
