Mass buddy As we encouraged you last year, it is a great thing to get a “Mass buddy” – someone who comes to Sunday Mass with you every week. It is very much a part of the “New Evangelization” of which Pope Benedict has called us all to be a part. Invite someone to Mass! Room blessings This has been very popular among GW Catholics. Please email Fr. Greg if you would like him to bless your room and include your campus address and cell phone #. He will call you to set up a time asap. This is open to all GW students! 40 Days for Life The 40 Days for Life Prayer Campaign, a prayerful and peaceful national effort to end abortion in America, will run from September 28th-November 6th. Please contact Chris Crawford at chriscra@gwmail/gwu.edu if you are interested in getting involved or visit www.40daysforlife.com/washington for more information. Service opportunity w/ Missionaries of Charity Join us to work for and with Mother Teresa’s sisters in caring for the residents of Gift of Peace home on Oct 1, 8:30-11:30 a.m. If interested, email Kaitlin Denney at kdenney@gwmail.gwu.edu. Alternative Spring Break Email Amy if you are interested in attending the Newman Center’s Alternative Spring Break from March 10-17, 2012. It is a great week!
