Rekindling Friendships

There’s nothing like being in a favorite place sitting by the fireplace cuddled up with a warm blanket, a hot beverage smelling the firewood fragrance (birch, apple, cedar, pine, hickory, oak, pear, pecan, or cherry just to name a few, you pick your aroma) when it burns a while you have to rekindle the flames

This year God has allowed us to rekindle (set the flames of laughter, break bread and support one another with the bond of love that will always bring you together to reflect the love and compassion given us for His glory

Classmates share some of the most important years of their lives from elementary to junior high on to high school and when it's time to part they set out in the next chapters to find their places in this world Some stick closely while others unintentionally vary off on separate paths but the impacts they once experience somehow become the threads that bring them back together again Only God knows what, and how it will all happen and all I know is when it does with Abba Father being the true orchestrator of life we can trust if we met up again and when it is for a divine purpose What a wonderful time these classmates had traveling from various locations we met in our hometown, Dunn, NC for a late lunch that turned into a bowl of unexpected laughter that mark a day to remember. at the Broad Street Deli and market It was wonderful embracing, catching up on the detail of our lives, and planning more times like these Two of us took a quick run into the Dunn museum and visit our high school perseverations in just enough time to flip the pages of our yearbooks. Wow! Family and friends also pause from the day-tother for quality time together and reflect on life.We sometimes ts been too long since we last gathered. 2020 and 2021 have taught us the value of one another and ing being together in a different way than before. While we are istancing and are-entered some socializing, enjoy the family we and reach out to those you cannot physically wrap our arms Use wisdom in all you do trust God’s guidance r has been one you've experienced loss, know we send our f peace that surpasses all understanding. We are praying for you and your family wherever you are. We pray that God supplies you with your need. May your heart's desires align with His Word.We pray for the will of God to be done in your lives. Merry Christmas May 2022 be a year of unexpected blessing. The Birth of Christ Jesus

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows:

Matthew 2:1-15

Wise Men from the East 2 Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, 2 saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.”3 When Herod the king heard this, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. 4 And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he inquired of them where the Christ was to be born.5 So they said to him, “In Bethlehem of Judea, for thus it is written by the prophet:6 ‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, Are not the least among the rulers of Judah; For out of you shall come a Ruler Who will shepherd My people Israel.’ ”7 Then Herod, when he had secretly called the wise men, determined from them what time the star appeared. 8 And he sent them to Bethlehem and said, “Go and search carefully for the young Child, and when you have found Him, bring back word to me, that I may come and worship Him also.”9 When they heard the king, they departed; and behold, the star which they had seen in the East went before them, till it came and stood over where the young Child was. 10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. 11 And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.12 Then, being divinely warned in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed for their own country another way.The Flight into Egypt13 Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, “Arise, take the young Child and His mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I bring you word; for Herod will seek the young Child to destroy Him.”14 When he arose, he took the young Child and His mother by night and departed for Egypt, 15 and was there until the death of Herod, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying, “Out of Egypt I called My Son.”.

Dear God, In Jesus Name I come to you today, I surrender my life wholeheartedly, forgive me for I am a sinner, but today I want that life you died for me to have in Christ Jesus. Come into my life right now and fill me with your Spirit. I believe your are the Son of God that died, was buried, and raise on the third day that I may live
