2018 PATRIOT GOLF DAY Our 2018 Patriot Golf Day was a big success, a very special “thank you” to all the Haig Point Members who helped make the day terrific. We were blessed to have Rachel Faulkner Brown and her daughter Campbell, a Folds of Honor Recipient, join us from Atlanta and share their story. Together we raised close to $15,000 for the Folds of Honor Foundation and look to raise even more next year! Again, thank you for your support!

HP TENNIS CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP Our annual club championship will be held the week of October 29 November 4. Singles will be played on Monday – Wednesday. On Thursday, the doubles, and mixed doubles competition will begin. Also beginning on Thursday, lunch will be offered for both players and spectators. POP TENNIS DEMONSTRATION POP Tennis is a growing, new sport similar to pickleball… but better. It’s played on a clay court, with low compression tennis balls, and a platform-tennis style racquet. The Tennis Industry Association is providing a fun, interactive demonstration and clinic on Friday, November 2 at 11:30 am. A Member charge lunch will also be provided. e had a great Fall Schooling Show for our young riders. Many thanks to everyone who came to watch and volunteer. We would like to remind everyone that we have available camp dates this November and as always, we are offering trail rides and lessons daily! For those of you interested in beach rides, please note that they are available now Tuesday through Sunday at both 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Customized rides can be arranged as well. We will also be offering an Open House and sale with our new Fall apparel and Christmas items at the Tack Shop this month. A perfect place for the horse lover in your life, we have wonderful gifts and stocking stuffers for all ages. Our summer items will be on clearance as well as our regularly-stocked items including grooming supplies, rider apparel, jewelry, and children's items. Come and enjoy an afternoon of wine, cheese and shopping! Sale date to be announced shortly!
