OHA Mentoring
Graduates of Haileybury Rendall School become life members of one of the largest, active and most recognised alumni networks in Australia.
Mentoring opportunities exist for those who wish to be mentored and those who wish to mentor.
Mentoring is a hugely rewarding experience and the OHA are now offering a structured approach. Mentoring is more than just your career and our program will focus on Self, Family and Business. Regardless of where you are in your career – a recent graduate, a new manager, or a seasoned professional – everyone can gain valuable insights from their fellow alumni.
This program aims to empower mentees to be confident leaders and realise their potential. By facilitating mentor relationships, providing opportunities for self-reflection, and teaching practical skills, the program will help participants find their voice, learn to wield influence, and articulate and pursue leadership goals.
