Never too young for Halcyon...

“When we told our children that we were moving to Halcyon Waters they told us we were too young to move here. Now they joke about moving here themselves and tell us we’ve never looked so happy.” To say that Rob Walshe and Chrissy Chapman are loving their new life here at Halcyon Waters would be an understatement. The fun loving couple settled into the North Shore lifestyle community for over 50’s immediately. “We’d only been living here a matter of a few weeks when we were invited to grab a chair, some drinks and join in an impromptu street party. We found that everyone says hello here, and we’ve met lots of new friends with similar interests,” said Chrissy. “Plus no one has to be the designated driver, it’s so easy to stroll back from the Leisure Club or back home from a friend’s house,” she added.

Rob agreed, “If you live in the suburbs you may never even meet most of your neighbours. Here it’s different. Your neighbours are basically your close friends.”
