The legal framework for our communities is based on the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 and this legislation guarantees your financial and lifestyle certainties. All our communities are 100 per cent owner-occupied with each homeowner owning their home outright. There is
no stamp duty on the purchase of your home, and a single weekly fee covers all management and maintenance costs as well as your site rent, rates and water, providing certainty of the cost of living. If circumstances change and you decide to sell your home, there are no exit or deferred management fees. Upon settlement of sale, you receive the full capital gain. Halcyon’s transparent ownership model means no hidden fees or surprises; just freedom.
