BIOGRAPHY Ann Rosenberg Vice President President for Sustainable Development Wood plc A Denmark native, but a global citizen based in New York, Ann has 25 years of experience in the corporate world working with sustainability and purpose. She was part of founding SDG Ambition with UN Global Compact and has dedicated her life to serving as a trailblazer for the UN SDGs. She launched SDG Ambition at the WEF in Davos, which challenges ands supports companies in being more strategic, and transformative in how they run their businesses to deliver on the 2030 Agenda and build on the ESG framework. SDG Ambition will challenge companies to set bolder goals aligned with their purpose, governance and strategy - and address barriers to speed and scale - with enterprise-wide integration that hardwires the SDGs into business management, business processes, and information technology landscapes. The first ambition launched was Business Ambition for 1.5 C. This ambition challenges companies to take bold action to redefine business models to limit the global temperature and mitigate climate change, which will require integration of new functionalities and datasets within the existing enterprise software for businesses to become sustainable enterprises. This includes carbon accounting across the value chain, carbon ledger approach, calculation of high-level carbon footprint, and more. She also recently launched SAP Purpose Network Live to connect a community of changemakers committed to addressing the complexity caused by COVID-19. Patricia Bateson Vice President, Digital Product Governance Mastercard Leading the development and evolution of the rules and policies governing the consistent operation of MasterCard’s digital wallet and digital acceptance solution (MasterPass) and the MasterCard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) and the internal and external communication of the same. Developing and ensuring prioritization of the products data strategy. Own all internal and external stakeholder reporting and analytics utilizing DOMO, Portfolio Analytics, Adobe Analytics and more. Ensuring regulatory compliance with regional and local data privacy mandates such as GDPR. Providing consistency to stakeholder contractual frameworks

Jyoti Menon Director, Head of Digital Wallets and eComme Bill Pay, and Funding Digital Payments and Lending CITI Jyoti is a product management, strategy and development professional with ~15 years of experience in financial services, specifically, fin-tech, before anyone called it “fin-tech.” Jyoti has a proven track record of leading largescale, successful global initiatives. She has developed strategy and led execution for multiple products through her ability to define vision, collaborate across multiple teams, and work through changing environments and priorities. Jyoti is currently, Director and Head of Digital Wallets and eCommerce, Bill Payments, and Funding at Citi. She manages relationships and leads strategy for Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, and network solutions. She is also driving the digital strategy for how customers pay their Citi or non-Citi bills online, digital collections, and working on enhancements to “me-2-me” funding. Jyoti is a Co-Lead on the US Consumer Digital D&I committee. Prior to Citi, she was part of the Global Corporate Services team at American Express, focused on building robust mobile travel and expense solutions for corporate travelers. In prior roles, she launched global marketing tools, redesigned client reporting solutions, and have owned and developed key partnerships. She is a Trustee of Barnard College, and a member of the Beyond Barnard Advisory Council, a founding member of Athena Leadership Council at Barnard, and a mentor to many students and alumnae. Jyoti is also a Board Member of the Shanti Bhavan school in India that aims to bring children and family out of poverty through a world-class education. She holds a Masters in International Affairs from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree from Barnard College, Columbia University. She lives in Manhattan with her husband, and (in normal times), loves to travel and find new restaurants and bars. Since Covid, she has (shockingly) picked up bread backing, hiking, and has discovered her ability to cook.

BIOGRAPHY Mona Badie Chief Information Office, Chief Digital Officer GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy Mona Badie is a Digital transformation leader, passionate about technologies that improve customer interactions and the way we work. She is recognized for her strategic leadership and ability to consistently create broad, innovative strategies to leverage technology for competitive advantage through the use of Big Data and Predictive Analytics. In her role as Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer for GE Hitachi Nuclear, she is responsible for all Information Technology systems and Cyber Security. She is also responsible for Commercial Software, including the Industrial Internet. In her fifteen-year career at GE, she has led multiple IT organizations through dynamic changes in a variety of regulated industries, including Financial Services and Nuclear Energy. She has authored various articles in Energy CIO Insights and The Nuclear Energy Insider and delivered multiple keynote speeches at conferences and community events. Mona is a champion of STEM, and an advocate of Women in Technology. In collaboration with the University of North Carolina Wilmington, she leads the “Girls in Technology” program to encourage girls to participate in STEM fields at the pre-collegiate level. Supporting this effort Mona recently delivered a TEDx talk titled: “Technology Needs Women”. Mona is a board member of the United Way of Cape Fear Organization. Mona earned her Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. She is married with two children and resides in Wilmington with her husband.

Dr.Janelle Gale Vice President, Human Resources Facebook Janelle leads a team that partners with the business to grow and engage Facebook’s 17,000+ employees across more than 50 offices in 30 countries, evolves the organizational design, and creates and implements people programs while ensuring the scalability of Facebook’s culture. She is responsible for the HR Business Partner, Diversity, Talent Management, and Operations functions. Prior to Facebook, Janelle spent nine years at Levi Strauss & Company, where she held a variety of HR roles including organizational and leadership development, HR Business Partner, and head of Human Resources for the Levi’s apparel brand. Earlier in her career, Janelle was a principal consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services in the organization and change practice. Janelle currently serves on the board of Sughar Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on teaching life, business, and entrepreneurial skills to women and girls in rural Pakistan. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, and holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.

BIOGRAPHY Cheryl McCant President & CEO Impact Consulting Enterprises Cheryl McCants is a creative, bilingual (Spanish), award-winning communication professional and business strategist with more than 25 years of branding, business, public relations and marketing experience. Her vast and varied background from television host to news producer, corporate marketing executive to small business owner, and Ivy League graduate to single mom, make her uniquely qualified to communicate and connect with diverse audiences. She is frequently called upon to discuss the state-of-affairs of women and girls in business and technology, entrepreneurial leadership, social media marketing trends and the importance of public/private partnerships in building and sustaining economic growth in urban communities. Cheryl vividly shares personal stories of growing up in Paterson, NJ, being bused to high school, attending Brown University, starting her own business, failing in business and starting it again. Her stories of the challenges associated with minority, female entrepreneurship captivate audiences. Notably, Cheryl was the keynote speaker for the New Jersey Women Business Organization as they celebrated their 10th Annual Diversity luncheon, and she frequently speaks with young, aspiring entrepreneurs about perseverance, social media management and brand building. She is regularly asked to share her thoughts and industry insights on topics including women in technology, marketing trends and female entrepreneurs. Her tenacity and doggedness are only equaled by her integrity, honesty and commitment to telling stories that inspire smiles, trust and confidence. An experienced and charming public speaker, Cheryl has also served as a communication and marketing executive for Nike’s Jordan Brand, Girl Scouts of the USA, AT&T, and other major corporations and non-profits. As founder and CEO of Impact Consulting Enterprises, she leads her team to create integrated, communication initiatives that target diverse audiences and particularly connect with women, millennials, Latinos, Asians, and African Americans. Recently recognized as an international Stevie Award winner for Woman of the Year – Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Cheryl was named by PR News as a Top Woman in Public Relations, by Leading Women Entrepreneurs as a Top 25 Leading Woman Entrepreneur, and by Positive Community as a Public Relations Guru. She has been honored by Time Warner and Essence Magazine as a Power Leader in the African-American community and is a National Urban Fellows Leader of Change for America. She serves on the board of directors for both the Rutgers Business School’s Entrepreneur’s Pioneer Initiative and the Newark Regional Business Partnership. Cheryl earned a M.S. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, an M.A. from George Washington University, two B.A.s from Brown University and Certificates in Public Administration and Digital Leadership from the University of Kansas and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth respectively. Cheryl also serves as co-leader for St. Paul Baptist Church’s Operation Just Hope. She has one daughter, Courtney, and loves to garden.

Johanna Söderström Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Office DowDuPont Johanna Söderström is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer, Human Resources and Aviation of The Dow Chemical Company. In this role Söderström designs the leadership agenda, facilitates organizational transformation and enables Dow’s growth. Söderström started her career with Ericsson in Finland where she held positions in Human Resources and Finance. She joined Dow in Helsinki, Finland in 1999 as HR Manager for the Nordic region and progressed through a series of Human Resource positions in Finland, Germany and Switzerland. She briefly left Dow to join Huhtamaki in Finland as head of global Compensation and Benefits, and returned to Dow in 2007 to take on the role of HR Director and serve as Managing Director for Germany. Shortly after she added the role as HR Director for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. Söderström was appointed Global HR Director and Strategic Business Partner for the Performance Materials Division and relocated to Midland, Michigan in 2011. She was subsequently named Vice President, HR Center of Expertise in 2012, and appointed to her current role in December 2014. Söderström holds a master’s degree in economics from Hanken School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Swedish School of Business Administration. She is a board member of the Dow Chemical Company Foundation, a member of the Dow STEM Council, and chairs the Company’s Executive Resource Group Council.
