Teams are composed mainly of diverse immigrant groups across Philadelphia in an effort to showcase the city’s rich cultural diversity. The tournament is a City of Philadelphia Program led by Philadelphia Parks & Recreation in partership with the Office of the Mayor, Office of Immigrant Affairs, Office of the City Representative, and Creative Philadelphia.
